the colors & imagery support the title very well. have you ever heard of the artist scott saw?? this piece reminds me a lot of his work, maybe you'll like it. nice job.

Very very good choice scan for the styles you were going for - grunge & scenic. I wish I had better words to use, but I don't really know how to put my words right now. Although, all the elements in this wallpaper (i.e. grayscale, smudgy-ness, rough lines, texture, & choice of type of scenery) strengthen the overall content of the scan. The smudgy-ness really creates this type of cloud in Renji & Rukia's world which actual really is there between them in their relationship (i.e. Renji's & Rukia's resentment for not speaking up in times they wish they had). Definately a favorite.

Great job on the vectorizing of Hitsugaya & the maintaining the lighting, although with the red sky in the background I feel that just a little more tint would be appropriate. Good job on keeping the eye focused on Hitsugaya by blurring the background. The text is very very beautiful & complimenting the wall paper. I've been looking for good wallpapers of Hitsugaya for a long time and this is definately a worthy piece. Keep it up! =)

I think in order to strengthen the bleach background of the piece, I think it would have been great to edit the Absolute bottles and change the word "vodka" into "bankai"... that way the piece will have more unity... the viewers will automatically know that it is "Absolute" by the bottle shape and also by the words "absolute"...

I really like this one. =) I think the difference is very beautiful. You can get that same type of effect in Photoshop if you use the smudge tool ((try it sometime, it's more work.. but it's yours and not the programs)). The blue-ish texture on the side with the text creates movement throughout your piece and works excellent with the lighting on Kenpachi. I also loved the text... I also like to add kerning ((space in between each letter)) into the text... I think it adds more depth and speaks louder for Kenpachi's character. It was also really awesome that you enlarged the first and lasts letters creating a sort of frame of the second level of text.

Once again simplicity kicks ass... great work. I love it. ((FAVO))

I actually like all the black space... it's not so hard on the eyes... especially the eyes of someone who has been on the computer for like 12 hours straight ((insominacs)). I do agree with candy-chan, "...I don't like how your sig and the other useless stuff is next to it, I would have put it at the bottom not tu ruin the look of the wall..." I think the quote is in a perfect spot! I wouldn't move that... although... your sig and the other little text I would have put somewhere else so it wouldn't distract the fan. The red, blue & black colors work really well together. You had a great choice quote... lol.... i too... stay up at all hours of the night to do my work.. and most of the time... my best work. i lvoe working in the silence and darkness of night.... it's so peaceful... it gives you time to really focus on what direction you want to take your work.... the quote is great i agree with it. The quality of the image was great... very cool effects... looks fitting... good work & stay up. =)

simplistic is good. there's more to this image though.. the colors are nice and soothing for the hue that they are... it's nice to have wallpapers like this because when you are working hard on your work on your computer you can always go and look at your wallpaper and it's relaxing... like a fresh breath of air. there's room for icons which is good. ^_^ unlike a lot of wallpapers this one has a meaning behind the image.. there is emotions and a history. & definately good vectorization of the building. =) adding this too my favorites. =)

When I first went through the Naruto wallpapers - your's caught my eye. It was definately a different style... like bluelammer said how it strayed away from the traditional "cookie cutter" wallpaper style. it's nice to be unique. I think the main element of this wallpaper that caught my eye was the color and the balence... you have really good flow... everything in the image directs your eyes towards Sasuke, the main image, yet each of those objects pulls you away to view the rest of the background. I loved how you made the divider the same color as the top cloud... kinda sucks everything in together. This wallpaper didn't have texture... I like that... I like things looking I don't know how to call it... cartoon...kid drawn....not real... i don't know... I like that style though. This is definately one of my favorite wallpapers on the site. Stay up & Keep dropping great wallpapers like this one. =)

i'm new too... i don't know why my google never found it also... but a classmate of mine was like "hey check this out..." and i pratically drooled all over the screen. the wallpapers probably never showed up because they disabled hot-linking so... yeah. =) i used to be an admin. at a site... i think this is going to be my new site i spend all my time at. =) cool beans. maybe see you around.
