For shounen, there's Roy Mustang, Maes Hughes and Edward Elric for me. *O* + Rukawa Kaede and Tao Ren. XD

For shoujo, I chose Maya Natsume, Aoyama Motoko and.. umm.. Riza Hawkeye. ; )

Fullmetal Alchemist, Shaman King & Sen to Chihiro Kamikakushi [it's an anime movie, though. x3]
