I like the red one. It is much easier on the eyes especially if used in a dark room.

I tend to use openoffice when I need to do something quick. MS Office is for more involved or complex projects. The reference feature in MS Office 2007 is a life saver. One touch bibliography FTW.

I really liked the last one and have high hopes for this one. Look forward to the new characters.

The largest problem with Geneon has always been that they have had no big money maker. All of the companies have had at least one uber-franchise to help them when times are hard or allow them to take a finical hit. Funimation has had DBZ and FMA, Viz has Bleach and Naruto, Bandai has Gundam, even Media Blaster had Kenshin.

Geneon had several series that could have possibly pulled their bacon out of the fire if they had been marketed or been given a chance. Law of Ueki screamed for being televised and Fighting Spirit(Hajame no Ippo) could have done a run on Adult Swim. Fact is in recent history they didn't have a series with real merchandising power. Merchandising is what makes or breaks series. DVD sales are fine but other products is where the money is really made.

I could see Haruhi running a recruitment like this. Like the wall it is nice and colorful without being loud.

Like the very yearbook-ish feel. Could use a little smudging on the text to make it more handwritten but love the concept and composition.

Ones that come to mind are: Spiral, Fruits Basket, Berserk, Princess Nine. Alien 9 I want to just finish the story arc.

Look especially in the area around the left knee of the castle. That is where I noticed it the most.

Composition is pretty good but the character has lost a lot of definition. May want to isolate and bring out some of the lines especially facial features.

Since she moved out on her own I have been getting along with her just fine. Growing up we used to fight constantly.

Can I at least get the 100 papers refunded?

Geneon does not want to close its doors the employees still very much believe in the company. Looking at my stacks in my closet I believe in them too. Densu, the Japanese parent company, is the one looking to close doors. They have been one of my favorite companies to buy from and the one I always look forward to at Otakon. Their booths were always the best, their representatives great people.

Interestingly enough there is no talk of their licenses dropping. All of the press releases to date have simply stated they will stop production and distribution but has not mentioned the release of the licenses back to their proper owners. There may still be a miracle in this yet but I wouldn't hold out a lot of hope.

As a person who has worked as a teacher Onizuka has been a great goal to strive for. :-) But seriously I think the one that I look up to has to be Ueki from Law of Ueki. No matter what stand in his way or what he has to do he powers through it for the people he cares about.

I think it would help if in the FAQ there was a simplified version of the submission requirements. Something like:

1) Needs a Signature 2) Must be 1024 X 768 resolution or greater ..... Something along those lines. Think of it like a FAQ Reader's Digest. The lengthly version is nice that it is all spelled out but it is rather time consuming to sift through 5 pages or so of text every time you submit a wall. Most other sites I submit to have about a 4 or 5 point checklist that makes it infinitely easier to work with.

The problem that I have encountered is the sometimes nebulous reasons for rejection that I get from time to time like " -Background composition issues." What does that mean? And how do I fix it? One I got was pretty straight forward " No signature" that I understand and I was able to fix on later submissions but without more information it is impossible to work on things like "-Background composition issues". What was it about the background? Too much, too little, wrong color, wrong theme, ect. something a little more concrete would help.

I had submitted to have a OS-Tan group added. I would settle for a general fan art category, miscellaneous or ect. I will fully admit that I was not the one responsible for the vector pic but the Original Fan Art category does not say anything about having to be the original artist when selecting it. It is only in the VERY lengthly FAQ that it mentions this. I have posted a link to a lower res version hosted at photobucket.
