all in all unpleasant to look at. the blue back is just ugly in my opinion, and of course since it takes up most room, it makes the whole thing ugly. Not the right pic of kenshin to use either....too serious for the pink. So change/fill up the bg and find another kenshin pic.

I can't believe that no one's said anything about the pink ribbon! That's the biggest eyesore for me by far. I also liked the bigger polaroids. Take a look at the pics, count the main colors in them. There are three: blue, green, yellow. I'm not counting the maroon because I hate maroon. Anyways, the other colors in the pic should match up. His hair is more purple than blue in the scan, I'd change that. The ribbon and the flower on his jacket both should changed to blue or yellow (or maroon if you must). It's unfortunate you can't do anything about the colors of the roses, but maybe you can lighten the colors of their leaves to go with the green in the pics. I know I sound gay, but the colors don't match up is all I'm saying.

If you must use that back, I'd suggest just filtering it, and not the figure. You might try "Texturizer" to give it a painting type feel to it. However, if I were you I'd just get a different back.

I guess you're right about not being able to see the design. At night with no other bright light source, it's fairly obvious, but right now I can hardly see it myself. Hmph, I guess A is unanymous so far....that's actually my least fav, so that's why she's just a copy and paste from the scan in that one. As for Dragonwingz ??, I just took B and pasted a new copy of her from the scan on top, darkened, desaturated, and faded her into the back. I didn't like where it was going, so I stopped there. Personally, I like the filtered version of her, but litterally between this thread and the last, there is a 100% consensus that A is the way to go.

Well, if you've seen the movie, you've seen the best of AMG. Not that the OVA and Tv series (not even gonna talk about the mini-goddess junk) aren't wonderful, it's just that the movie is that good. I'd say that it's the best anime movie I've seen based off a manga (not that I've seen too many). Worth more than I paid for the Nadesico, Escaflowne, and Utena movies combined.

Was anyone here at Oni-con? They showed something, some hentai in their hentai fest, that, well, people had to leave the room! I have to admit, I had pizza there with me and I seriously lost all desire to eat, and I'm not one to easily loose my appetite. Forget getting turned on, you had to try to keep from gagging. No aliens, demons, tenticles or anything like that; all just good old fashined maid torture. Anyone have any idea about what I might be talking about?

Well, X, it's like a joke I want to share, you know? I don't expect that anyone will actually set it as their wallpaper, it's just that I think it'd be funny for it to have a spot on the main page for a few hours. I knew from the start that if the function of this was to be a cool wall, it would fail miserably, but if it was to get a laugh, well... How far it's gone is really amazing to me, and I learned a whole lot about the pen tool, so really, it's done it's job. But then I started thinking, well, if it's gone this far, maybe it could keep on going. So that's where we are, just seeing how far it can go.

as for the vectoring, I'm working from a screen cap, so the eyes are only a blur to begin with. The eyes on him now were pretty much from scratch. I can try again, and maybe make them better. I thought people might complain about empty space so I have a third version for yall to check out.

You should Contrast/Saturate her to match the bg

the blur is an eyesore on the lower img of her; sometimes grainy is better than blurry. What is that img on the top left supposed to be? I think maybe the flowers come through too much under the words.

What do you even need that white text for? I think you'd be better without. As for fonts (if you insist upon the text), the "Black Dog" is so much better than the "old school" just because you have alot of sharp edges in the image and a rounded font is out of place. You need to size him up to, he's a little too small. I'd have to dissagree about the realistic bg, I think it's great the way it is (lets face it, the only way you can use it is the way it is). Might include another character further back in the pick, like Spike walkin towards him or something. Awesome idea!

get rid of two things: that football and that texture in the red.

The only real problem is that textured bg. the bubbles and letters and light and her size seem fine.

I like the different colors in the 'mist'. You might want to adjust either him or the mist to where they are at the same angle (fist to fist). might. I like the logo, make it a bit bigger. Consider scootching him over to the right some so he's at the edge. But most important, I'd suggest desaturating him a bit. Like the rabbit said, you could make it a LITTLE bit more complicated. Its a fine line btw clutterd and complete. Mayeb put an outline of another pic of him, or a pic of something else, overlayed in the back. Better yet, keep the mist and the back the same, but bring him to the foreground so none of him is being blocked. Maybe he just seems tilted because you can't see the rest of him?

Without the title, there's no way I would have known that what it says is "gimmick" on the side. But hey, really just an excellent wall. I don't know if this will make it better or not, but you might consider filling in more of the squares.

I like the long torso. Of course the elevated breast and the absense of a neck looks a little wierd on second glance, it also looks like it was intentional, that she was suppose to be skwinched up a bit. I think the weakest part are the wings. They could use more detail (white) and better detail (black). But honestly, the white and black wings are supposed to represent an emotionally torn character or one with both tremendous kindness and tremendous evil inside them, and the char here doesn't strike me as either. I'd stick with both white wings if I were you.

I think they're too big. Also, you might want to add a source of that light shining on them. Love the colors. I'd suggest making the bg more complicated, cuz I think the stars are the weakest link.

I agree, that top right needs something more, but MUCH more importantly, you need to get rid of those green letters (and clovers, maybe). There is nothing in rest of the image that calls for green, so it just stands out as being really ugly. But the rest of the wall, I think you did a fine job.

Freakin sweet idea! I don't have a problem with the dots, I think they're fine. And I'd have to dissagree about there being too much tree; if anything, I think there's too little. My only problem with it is the image you chose of her. It's too abstract, um, too cartoonified, to go with a realistic tree and moon.

"Living in a" is too big and a bad color. Also, try blurring/diffusing the white line thing. overall, one of the better walls in Session Zero I've seen.

the dude is way too big and you need to blur his outline. put the gundam in the foreground and maybe make the dude more transparent. redo the background: the lines don't go well I don't think. you also might want to chose a different shade of red or maybe a whole other color to contrast.
