yaoi-freak

I have a weakness for gay men, as my friend loves to point out to me. Although I am not really a huge yaoi fan, I really like shonen-ai.. and shonen-ai-freak just sounds odd, so yaoi-freak it is.

I know English, of course, took French for 8 years and still can't speak it the best, and I know a few words here and there of Finnish.

Yea.. I preordered it and got it on Saturday.. and then finished it on Saturday too. I liked the book, though it wasn't the best she has written in my opinion. And I was sad that it was so short.. and now angry that I'll probably have to wait another two years for the 7th book.. *sigh*

I borrowed the first volume from my friend who borrowed it from her friend, and I really enjoyed it. Alas, I only got to read the first volume.. though I would really want to read the rest of the series..

They almost always seem to follow you and I get goosebumps whenever I see one because I think it'll follow me. I've never actually been stun by one, though.

Oh, the one I'm talking about was in full stalking mode. It was at my friend's cottage and hanging around the boat, and the wasp wouldn't go away. It caused me to leap out of the boat (I was terrified as I had just been stung the previous day.. again, at my friend's cottage), trip on my pants, and go face first into the dock..

And aah.. crazy families. At a family reunion, I walked around with all of these distantly related men as they killed wasps nests because they were bored..

Well, I'm in Edmonton Canada.. and there really isn't that much pirated stuff here. There are a few stores around that looks like they are selling pirated anime, as a) it is much, much cheaper than all other anime, and b) it looks like it is pirated. I haven't actually bought any of it, so who knows if it really is or not.

Other than that, I haven't seen anything else.

Well, I used to be terrified of elevators, but that was because I had a bad experience when I was four.. and then you have all those crappy elevators all over the place that look like they are ready to break down any minute.. blah. Elevators suck.

Other than that, I'm not too fond of wasps/hornets/bees/anything that falls into this category. They hurt.. :( and wasps are evil. Especially the ones that follow you around.

I listen to most kinds.. though I tend to really not like country, rap, r&b, pop, hip hop and oldies.. but then it really depends on the song.

I like action games.. and also action games with puzzles in them.. though I tend to get angry with the puzzles every so often and stop playing the game.... grr..

I only own one issue, but I liked it. I would subscribe to it, but I am horribly poor. *sigh*

Heh.. that would have to be Twin Signal. It was truly bad. Sure, I enjoyed it because some of the guys were pretty, but it was a waste of money.. money which I had to borrow.

The series was stupid.. kind of along the lines of Pokemon.. though it was so stupid, it was amusing beyond all reason. Like the villian.. he was nearsighted so he pretty much sucked. :P

I'm not sure.. I have downloaded two different fan sub versions, and in one they call him Syaoran, and in the other Shaoran!

Personally, I like Syaoran better.

A few are older than me, but most are younger. Some are even more than a year younger than me, but were still in the same grade as me. Actually, most of my friends are people I met in school.. so are basically the same age as me.

I just tend to ignore my problems until they blow up in my face. And even then, I still try to ignore them.. :S

Heh, actually, my favorite animals would have to be cows. I love cows. *snuggles* My cow collection is massive, and keeps on growing.

But for more common animals, cats! I bet you anything I'll end up being a crazy cat lady with 50 cats and who yells at people for stepping on her grass.. :P

I really want to go to Greece and go on a massive sightseeing trip all over the country. Also.. I want to go to European countries with an insane amount of pretty castles.

Holy crap.. that was one of the scariest things I have seen in quite awhile... I couldn't even watch it all.. *shudders*

My parents think I am just wasting my money. My brother thinks I'm strange.. though he is willing to watch some of it. Other than that.. I don't think my family cares.. and most of them likely don't even know that I am anime-obsessed.

I have no problem with it at all. I think it would benefit the greater good. Then again, I'm going to be a molecular geneticist, so the more to do with genetics in the future, the better!

Actually, I think most of the anime being sold here is more expensive than import anime.. but it really depends on the series.

The one I liked most was Demon Diary. Of the ones I am currently reading.. it would be Descendants of Darkness or DN Angel.

I like both.. but when I buy dubbed ones, I find that I usually watch the original Japanese with subtitles more as some of the dubbed voices just suck.

I love the paper! I agree others.. the large and broken windows create a depressing atmosphere, and the dark colors just add to it. Great job!

And yay for the Yuki wallpaper! This is one of the best Gravitation papers I have seen in a long time.. :D
