I enjoy that this is simple, people don't tend to do it that often. I love the monochromatic look, and you chose some a very good range of blues for the color scheme. The color gradation from top to bottom is also nice looking.

Laughter is Essential
This is very cute. I really like the free and sketchy style you have going here. :)
Blue Lights And Red Rain
Nice work with the composition! Yusuke Nakamura is phenomenal, and what you've done with this certainly compliments his work well. Simplicity and solid color fills look great with his artwork. I am especially fond of the tree branches and the way they're arranged.
I like the fireflies with the little light bulb butts too. XD
Elegy
This is very lovely. Great colors, great composition and great subject matter. The colors look amazing.
I'm especially fond of your trees! =D
Shining In The Light Of The Moon
I really love this. The colors you went with are muted, but they're by far not boring. Aya Kato's art is very beautiful, but also very ugly at the same time. I like that you put in a simple background to counter the details of the original piece. The colors you chose to use remind me of Japanese-style tattoos, because you've mixed muted reds and yellows with black and grey. Your vector is very clean, and the shading is very well done.
Nice composition!
The Sea Above
Don't feel bad, I love Pokémon too, and I'm an adult. T_T
You're right about Pokémon having really beautiful creature designs. Milotic has a particularly elegant look, and flows really nicely with the shape of your background.
Did you use the smudge tool to paint it that way? It looks really great.
I love the shape of your background, and your color scheme is amazing. Please make more work as good as this, you've earned yourself a fan.
Rolling Roadshow, Part 1
This is a very nice concept. I enjoy movie poster wallpapers every once in a while, it's an idea that's not used too often. I really like the cream and orange shades you chose, and the simplicity really compliments the color choice. The placement of all the elements is very pleasingly symmetrical. The vector is nice and clean. The little grunge smudges were a nice touch, because they detract from the rigid lines and perfection of the vector.
I might have personally made the texture in Misato's sleeve less obvious, because it sticks out a little bit in comparison to the other textured black parts.
Overall, this is very nice work. =)
BASH SHTAAP
This is adorable, and very well-done. And don't worry, there's nothing wrong with simple, in fact it draws more attention to your design. ^^
Excellent work, fav'd.
Venus Chain
First off, your vector of Sailor Venus is really nicely done. I think you made the right choice using stroke outlines for a Sailor Moon scan, because it fits the art style a little better than fill outlines might have. Your heart chain is also basically perfect, and that's difficult to do sometimes with repeating shapes of different angles and sizes. I like the general concept of the background surrounding Venus herself - adding in a moon is very fitting for the series. The disc-like shape she's standing on is also in very good perspective to the rest of the wallpaper. I usually don't like shaded fonts, but in your wallpaper's case it works well enough. As others have commented, your background is very simple. You had a good idea, but I don't think your background has been carried out to its full potential. The lines are very pretty when in full-view, but from the thumbnail they look slightly like cracks in the background. Good use of gradients, but I would have liked to see more done with the background.
Good job, keep it up.
Holiday of happiness
I really enjoy the color scheme of your wallpaper, it's not all that common to see so many bright shades of yellow and orange. The composition with the fish, plants and flowers is also very nicely done. The wallpaper feels like it's glowing (does that make any sense?). The only thing I would have done differently is outline the plants and flowers so they blend a little more with Kobato and the fish. Good job!
ready for the war
Your color scheme is brilliant. I really love the mix of monochrome sepia and blue, it makes the colored parts stand out very nicely. I don't know about you being a "newbie" at vectoring either - your vector work is very clean, and I can't really see any mistakes. Great job.
Death City View
I really enjoy this wallpaper. I'm glad you changed the color scheme as you vectored, it seems to suit it better than the scheme of the original scan. The composition is interesting, as I rarely see wallpapers made with scans set from behind a character. I might have chosen a different font and all in one color, but I suppose that's just preference. I feel the font doesn't fit the dark, Halloween-ish atmosphere as well as another choice might have. I also think the stars may have been better if they were vectored as well, to fit in with the rest of the image.
Nice work. ;)
Soul Eater+Eureka?
The perspective of the wallpaper is really very good. In my opinion the vector of the clouds is good, with just the right amount of fuzziness and smudging. There are a few mistakes in the vector, and I would have used fill lines rather than stroke lines. I also think the moon/planet is a nice touch, but could be blended into the rest of the vector-styled image a little better. Overall you did a good job of brightening and improving the quality of the original image (which was a raw scan and a bit pixelated) and making it cleaner.
Don't let criticism bother you, nobody's prefect. Just use it to your advantage. ;) Keep up the vector practice, and I look forward to seeing your next wallpaper. Good work.
Serenity in watercolors... *full view*
This really is quite a nice wallpaper. The composition of the image is great, first of all - it's really simple, but in a good way. The softness of the colors blending together and the textures you used really makes the wallpaper look like a hand-painted image, and the text fits just right over the curvature of the shoulder. Good font choice and color balance as well.
A+ from me. ;)
time oblivion
What a nice composition. The absence of colors really does a lot for the atmosphere of the wallpaper. I especially like the detailing in the hair, you must have made a lot of effort to make it look so smooth. Favorited.
Revamp
I like the vectored Konata and tech lines from the lower left corner. Your use of abstract shapes in the fanning-out motion looks really good. The only thing that rubs me the wrong way is is the gradient background, because it doesn't seem to blend all that well with the vector-styled imagery of the character and shapes. Your layering of the different blues and purples looks really great, and you're pretty good at choosing a nicely balanced color scheme.
Good job. :)
Crows are white
I love Minami-Ke! You've used the textures over the vector very nicely. I love his little wand, too! The lines are not too detailed, and combined with the soft colors, they make the mood lighter. Good job!
bloody dance
Wow, nice equalizer lines in the background! I like that it's vectored and textured in different places, and the whole feel of it is really 80s to me - which is a good thing. Great color contrast as well, and it's nice to see a silhouette wallpaper that isn't boring for a change.
100x100:Where I am?
This is possibly one of the best box dudes ever. I really enjoy the color scheme as well as the little shapes everywhere. I like that it's simple but not boring. Great job, favorite'd.
Blue Forest
Nice and clean and vector-y. The way it looked in the thumbnail made me think of Katamari Damacy. Nice job with the colors as well!
Dive to World
Wow, the color blending in this wallpaper is just great, and I really, really like the blurry motion effects. Good job!
Nothing Rhymes with Circus
I really like your use of different patterns and textures in this wallpaper. :)
Afroish
Nice diagonal perspective, and I'm always a fan of tri-color. ;)

This is so lovely. I love the brown outlines and the more washed-out colors in this wallpaper, and the smoke designs from xxxHolic artwork are really charming. The subtle texturing is great, and your font choice is wonderful. Amazing, A+ work.
