Tens's Journal

This manga is pretty friggin' awesome.

It takes place in a world where humanity is ran over by titans which resemble genderless humans ranging from 3-15m tall. Humanity decided to encase themselves inside a rampart with 50m high walls with a rail system to move cannons around to fight the titans. For over a 100 years they have 'lived peacefully' until one day an unforeseen event occurs.

I spent 4-5hrs which was my entire night reading from beginning to the latest chapter. I like how rugged this whole manga feels. It has that Berserk/Claymore feel where it is graphic and it isn't all fun and games. The author also has some explanations of the mechanics of the equipment the soldiers use. The concept may not be realistically pulled off but it's still believable.

Right now I just have the biggest boner over this manga because I have not really read that much manga. Since most manga I try to get into just don't interest me. This manga is really refreshing... especially in the seinin/post-apoc genre.
