Trolling and Language
Trolling will be clamped down on—no exceptions. What is trolling? Wikipedia defines a troll as "someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion."
There is a difference between heated discussion and trolling. The former has a purpose and the latter does not. You are the the judge of what is appropriate—just use your head. Try to look for alternatives for bad language. If you have to swear to get your point across you should work on your language skills. As a general rule of thumb, if the word is in Outlaw Star it is fine. However, obviously you must refer to Anime Paper's own rules too.
Just to add to the trolling rules above, under no circumstances will personal attacks be tolerated. Instead of encouraging flame wars, think of ways to resolve such problems. Of course, debates are allowed, but try and be level-headed when posting.
If you're going to post an Outlaw Star spoiler (generally anything key to the storyline), please use the spoiler tag. You can do this using this syntax, but replacing the brackets with square brackets: (spoiler)This is a spoiler.(/spoiler) results in this is a spoiler .
