I've made a easy wallpaper abou my favourite character Nodoka Miyazaki from Mahou Sensei Negima for my younger sister and I would like to know how You all like it.
I still have a lot work but for the present moment it doesn't look to bad I think.

It looks ok, but it will help if you put something in the bg, also the line on the girl is a little jagged in some places, hopethat helps^^

I don't know, but the fact that the pink outline and the other pink triangles look jaggy doesn't seem right... some lines on the character itself are a bit jaggy too - that's some points against you for quality I suppouse. People here very picky about the scan quality so be careful.
The background is a bit simple too, and the color is too radioactive in contrast with the character magenta+pastels= kaboom.
Another detail, the lines in the background are too blurry in comparison with the text and other lines. It wouldn't look right if you blurred the text or unblurred the lines, so try to find a middle point... I think...
