Okay first off, I love the colour theme you choose here. The font for Hellsing is nice but the word under it, I can't what it said. Maybe choose a another gothic font that is much clear?

The words in your wallpaper are a little too hard to read try another font. Other then that I don’t really know how you can improve it, over all it looks good.

Hi there..
first you need to get a better extraction of the scan... cause i can see some stuff that shouldn't be there... for example.. on his chest..
besides his hair looks jagged.. and the scan needs some cleaning cause it looks a bit grainy..
About the background there is too many text going on.. and it's too big.. you should get rid of some of the text..
And the flowers around are not matching well... i would think on something else..

Lol, good wall you got there! but there are sometings you need to improve,
1) his hair and pretty much of most of the scan, is jagged
2) the flowers looks pixelated
3) you need a better font
and that's about it!^^ good luck with your wall!

I believe this doesn't meet the minimum size requirements for AP. Might want to check into that.
Overall it looks good. You might want to use the pen tool in PS to extract the scan, and don't forget to click and drag to get the little handles for curves. Very useful for smoothly extracting something.
