Akatsuki
Here's my WIP: http://www3.telus.net/shingho/akatsuki.jpg I dunno what to say about this wall...=/ I dunno what I could do with the grass to make it umm...fit in? I have two choices of background, either this or a starscape and I need your suggestion to help me =D If you guys spot any other places for improvement, please say! Any criticism and comments are welcomed ;)
The texture is a bit on the heavy side.
I don't have a lot of complaints for this one. I'd recommend getting rid of the glow-ish thing around Itachi and the moon. Aside from that, the grass can use a reddish hue to match the rest of the wall/lighting. Maybe the clouds could use a bit of reddish hue as well.
(I don't like the text)
I think this is one of your better walls, personally.

Ahaha...finally a wall that I'm pretty satisfied with >.< Here's the link: http://www3.telus.net/shingho/akatsuki.jpg Anymore comments or criticism? If not, I'll be uploading it ;) So be sure to put some comments if you have any!
After changing the hue on the grass, it looks better.
My only complaint now is how the moon is so crisp, as opposed to the clouds. It would also look better if the moon's opacity was lowered just a bit, or a bit less visible, because right now it's pretty bright. So, blend the edges a bit more, and maybe lower opacity.

Okay, I smoothed everything out. Same link: http://www3.telus.net/shingho/akatsuki.jpg Any more comments?
Things that are good:
1) Nice subtle text, no overbearing effects.
2) Dark grass, well done.
3) Good Choice of Colors
Things that need work:
1) The texture of the image is overbearing, try to limit it to certain areas or use a different, less in your face texture.
2) Can barely make out the stars, I actually saw them by mistake. I think this might be the side effect of the strong texture. ^_^

I think the clouds are too bright for a night sky. And maybe your grass should have just a hint of dark red (almost brown...something near #200601), since your red light source should give the grass some red glow. I'm not sure if that would work, but you could try.
Right now, the lighting isn't right because your light source is coming from behind Itachi. Try making him darker, then with a light color and a paintbrush, apply glow on the areas where the moonlight will hit him most. See if that works. :)

The relief of the texture is too obvious...try making it blend in with the image.
Oh and try to add something in the background like the silouette of houses or a temple...its too plain when you look at the background.

Te diria que los colores los cambie y uses menos los filtros de blur si ese es el caso
It has a very strong red colour scheme to it. I love the way the sky looks at the moment - the moon and clouds look pretty neat together like that. Maybe you could add a soft glow to the moon so it looks a bit brighter, as if it were shining through the wispy clouds.
The fabric sort of texture would look more effective if it appeared to be applied to Itachi as well. At the moment it looks like you did it to the sky only, so he stands out way too much. His colours are very bold compared to the sky so you need to offset that slightly with texturing the help blend him in.
I'd suggest keeping the almost-monochrome look going on with the grass and fireflies. Add an adjustment layer so give it all a reddish-mauve tinge. If anything, that is the one thing I'd say you must do :P

Why do i see noise added to the moon, ?!? or is just me
Okay, here's the WIP (same link): http://www3.telus.net/shingho/akatsuki.jpg I added this shrine thing, dunno if it looks better =/ I added more texture to Itachi and slacked a bit off in the bg. I added a reddish hue on the bottom...don't think it's that visible but at least it's better than before XD Any more comments? (btw, thanks for all the comments you guys gave before, I really appreciate it! =D)
The shrine looks a little obviously flat, like you drew the outline. Why not try copying an outline from a photo, so it looks less like a perfect front-on view? As for the grass, maybe instead you can just use the Hue slider and move it down to the red end with the Colourise box ticked. If it's all on a single layer, that is. It still looks greenish to me O_o;;
