Well, the fourth movie just came out, and the Harry Potter fans already gave out a lot of criticisms about the new character, Cho Chang (played by Katie Leung), they said her acting sucks. Some people even mentioned that there were actually some girls who were far more talented and prettier than Katie at the audition, yet Katie (who I didn't think was really THAT attractive to be Harry's crush) got the role. I guess maybe money and bribes were involved, I mean afterall, her father is a wealthy business man...hmm, so what do you think about her?

Meh, katie's not ugly, but she's definately not hawt. As harry's g/f i thought for sure they'd choose someone hot, or at least someone with better acting. But, yeah, she's alright i guess. You can never lose when you're wealthy, and own a business.^^

Hermionie on the other hand is HAWT.XD

Well i didn't see the movie yet... BuTt.. is she not an actual actress? b/c liek the 3.. they weren't exactly the most talented 3-some int he first movie!!.. and have gotten a ton better by this 4th movie, and if it's her first ((maybe wanted to stick with more somewhat "unknowns")) then she definately won't look very awesome next to the "regulars"...

as for her "hotness".. maybe b/c this is supposed to be more "normal" then maybe if she was WAY HOT then it'd be odd.. ((gosh i cannot remember the book right now and what it said)) but while she may be gorgeous to harry, maybe not so much to other viewers ((a lot of my young "crushes" if you can call them that were not very goodlooking now that i go back, but i thought so back then)) and if she was that hot.. then EVERY guy in hogwarts would be after her, which wouln't be too good lol

and i'm sure she'll seem prettier with experience.. ((you notice hermione had the crazy hair in the first movie --likes she's supposed to-- but in every succeeding movie it has become more tame and therefore making her much more pretty?? lol.. and of course the lack of buckteeth! lol)) i'm sure the girl will scrub up a bit next time...

BUT most of this is saying if she's a newbie in acting.. if she's not.. well then O.o nevermind and the girl just sucks.. LOL..

I loved this movie. I thought it was the best one out of all the Harry Potter movies.

As for Cho Chang. I don't really have a probelm with Katie being the one to play Cho, I just think they way she portrayed her character was a bit off though...she could've had a bit more of Cedric's attitude.

Some one please tell me who this is and if this movie is worth seeing.

Maybe it's just can't make every fan of this series impress as much as they expect.(if it can it must have the goblet of fire 2) but i think it's very good and worth to C.

I'm having seious debates about these films every since Chsitopher Columbus left the series. Cuaron's adaption of the third movie wasn't really professional or faithful to the book. It seems JKR has taken leave of her senses and allowed only a loosely based adaption of the books to make it to the screen. I enjoyed the first two but the third book and the fourth book had a ton of more material to cover and I don't think the director knew what he was doing.

I've seen the movie on tuesday night... I think it's pretty good, though they left out or changed a lot of the book *what a pity* But well, they can't put everything in the movie...

About Cho... Well, she wasn't that pritty, but she sure wasn't ugly. And I think she was pretty enough for Harry to have a crush on her.
I think Krum was worse. I imagined him in a totally different way, when I've read the book. A bit more skinnier and ... not dumb but... he couldn't say Hermiones name correctly and Ron teased her with that. But that they just left out in the movie...

It's not going to be out in New Zealand until the 24th. I'm definately going to go watch it, but yea, I did expect Cho to be prettier than that. She looks kind of too ordinary to catch Harry's interest.

Yes i think she sucks. i think she's ugly (no, i'm not a les). i think they could have chose a more convincing and prettier oone, too. i think they did a bad job choosing her. i don't like there choose. cho sucks in the movie. if you didnt see it, SEE IT and see the crappy cho they chose.

I think she surprised the heck out of me with her Scottish accent. I don't know why it did, but there we are. She was pretty, in her own way. I'm not exactly displeased that she didn't have a larger part. I've never liked her character.

no kidding. it felt like they were depending on you to have read the book in order to know all the cool stuff that went on that they never mentioned. i really liked some of the parts they left out too. . .*sigh* i was hoping for a better movie. the fourth book was by far the best, and i was hoping that the movie would be too.
