Test out v6!
Hey guys, the underlying code that runs v6 is now being tested on one of our admins new site. nattoli.net, a really cool anime artbook review site run by ^nat is online, it contains many of the features that are going into v6, mostly the new blogging feature that will replace the journal in v6! Check out the threaded comments and full screen wallpaper showcase that is going into v6 too!

I assume AP will get a more refined design (CK's job again?), but the technical stuff looks impressive. I do hope the whole big-picture gallery is going to be optional, because with the amount of categories on AP, I'd be scrolling for ages.
I like the threaded comments, although it can get a bit messy, but with the right AP sauce over it, it'll prolly work out fine.

Obviously AP will have a different design and more features tailored to its size, we're no idiots over here XD. We'll have a beta of v6 running soon where you guys can chip in on what you don't like anyway.
Well version 6 looks great but, I'm just wondering when we will see it applied to Anime Paper so I can make a full assessment of it and its features.
Right now I don't have a complete opinion of V6. This is simply because no has listed the features that are being improved, removed, or changed completely. Since I do not know that information. I will not know clearly how it will effect my experience on Anime Paper.

Looks good so far.
Especially the "big picture" browsing style, I believe that would make browsing the gallery so much easier (though that's only my opinion). Threaded comments look great as well, rather neutral about the blogging feature though since I probably won't use that a lot :)

Liking the big previews and threaded comments, though I admit I prefer the current homepage feature showcase, with the semi-transparent BG for the wall title. Not too fond of opaque text-bg boxes.

I like it, it still looks remarkably simplistic which is both good and bad.
Considering lately MT had an upgrade since 5 years ago, you guys would do best to make it even better, continue being the better anime wallpapers community with this effort, more power to you!

It looks great!! I just have one suggestion: add an "add a friend" option please!! I noticed lots of people are getting confused over the whole watcher/friend issue and it kind of makes a difference. =D
Nattoli.net does not have all the social networking stuff you expect in AP, we'll be adding that kind of stuff in don't worry

Hoping that the speed will be also similar, AP can be pretty slow when he wants :P
