Well I guess you can try... But it looks like you use a lot the smart blur tool... And most of the time when you do that the scan is rejected...

Note : a scan shouldn't be sign by the scanner... It's not a piece of art you did... Normally you just hit the scan button...

But about the technical stuff : the size of the picture is fine, the quality looks good enough to me and the file size isn't too big...

But ask a mod first... I see you got rejected enough time to know that AP standarts are pretty high :)

I wouldn't submit that if I were you...it would surely get rejected because the gallery has a bigger version of this scan...

I don't recall seeing this on the gallery..although it would have helped if the scan would have been bigger...i think this one will get accepted...better look in the gallery,just to be sure there is no other similar scan with a bigger resolution.
