Your Most Precious Possession
Out of curiosity, what is the one thing you cherish most in your life?
It can be anything.
Is it an item/memento? Is it a friendship between a friend? Or is it a loved one?
Also, why is that one thing/person precious to you and would you go out of your way to protect it even if it cost you your life?
I hope you would think long and hard about this subject. After all, it's the one irreplaceable thing you cherish most in life. However, is that one thing really worth risking your life for?
Anyway, that's all I have to say.

Thats a really good question all but a very difficult one haha. im only 16 at the moment so i dont think ive actually lived long enough to have found something like that but in my opinion the most important thing in life is yourself, if you dont look after yourself first you cant look after the thing that you cherish most.
sorry if that doesnt answer your question but i know what youre trying to ask and when im older having something like that would be the great.

My health. The day yours falters, you'll feel the same.
My most precious time..yes..got alot actually...let's say my gf...celebrating her 21st b'day at the beach..a big love symbol with fire...and some pieces of roses on the sand..and i was holding a b'day cake..hehe, quite romance..and for my best and childhood frens..they gave me a baby-g watch when i was 10 years old..quite expensive tat time..and we are so poor..but, tats my dream watch at tat time..my 3 best childhood frens gave it to me as a b'day gift..i still kept it till now..never forget it!!..all my life!!
Damn, I'm pretty jealous of your posts. As far as possessions go I would have to rate my Car, TV, and computer at the highest of the high!!!! My soul, my being, my entity is my family. I love my family with limitless bounds, there is nothing they could do to ever warrant hateful emotions to spawn, consume, and destroy the image I possess of them.
My friendships with my really close friends. I've only lived 19 years, yet, I see how important and crucial that is in my life. True friends will always be there for you, no matter what happens, and we've gone through alot together, we're the type of friends who'd take a bullet for one another, that to me, is the most priceless thing I have.
Of course...my best friends...i don't know what i'd do without them...we've been friends for such a long time... they're my "family" now,and the most important/priceless thing i have.

My brain. I know, probably the geekiest thing to say, but to me it is the most important possession I could ever have simply because it lets me reason, think, and essentially live. I have always viewed intelligence in an extremely high light, so naturally i would pick the object that helps give me intelligence, reasoning skills, and the like.
There is no way, ever, that I could choose simply one. Many things are equal in value to me, but still incredibly, incredibly important. My good friends, my health, my mind, the lifestyle I live, my family, etc. There are so many important things in my life that, if I were to choose only one, it would not be worth living.
"possession", I'd say myself and my overall quality of life. I suppose i could argue that i possess citizenship to this country, which i also value since there's no war, no poverty, reasonable amount of freedom, a judiciary which actually operates and the fact that i possess i great great great life where i dont suffer from slavery or starvation or anything like that
Well... the most important to me are my book's, anime and of course my Mp3 =()
(T_T)/
(T_T)/
Well, barring the obvious friends (and possibly even relatives :P )... I'd have to say my sketch pad and design pad. Things like MP3s, headphones etc are just things and can be replaced... months of work, sweat and toil can't be so simply.
That said: I'd probably be really cut if I lost my car.
However, both things aren't really worth putting my life on the line for. Friends etc however are. Of my really close friends I'd trust any one of them with my life, and I hope the sentiment is returned. My wallet however is a completely different story...

Well, my brain. it led me to a very good school with other people who excel in academics like me. that's where i found my friends and everything, and i got all of my other possession (like my laptop, iPod, Nintendo DS & Wii, etc.) because of the fact that they're give me credit for for my intelligence. i wouldn't be who I am now without it.
So, who are you?greengumi wouldn't be who I am now without it.

Life is a Breeze...
