This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Today I found the most awesome browser called Lolifox.

What's their motto?

lolifox is a customized version of Mozilla's Firefox made for the Anime-Community.

It is completely compatibile with Firefox since it pretty musch is Firefox, but with improvements made to it to assist Anime lovers like ourselves with our daily otaku tasks.

The browser comes with many links and rss feeds from major Anime news site, such as AnimeSuki, a couple Torrents links, AniDB, AnimeNfo, blogsuki right under the adress bar.

It won't get in the way of firefox, you can use both simultaneously with no problem. And anything you have with Firefox, (Extensions, sotred password, etc.) can seamlessly be imported to Lolifox.

BTW -> You don't get the "USE FIREFOX" thing either on this site, since the HTTP-USER-AGENT is firefox -Gecko- Lolifox 0.3.0

So it's just Firefox with a slightly different layout and preset bookmarks... Well I allready got ever site I want to visit bookmarked in FF and the layout is just fine, so I don't see any reason for switching.

Funny concept though.

There's other things to, it handles FTP a lot better, and the configuration has some options I don't see in Firefox.
Plus if you're the kind that like to be unique, and someone asks if you use Mozilla you can be like "No, I use Lolifox"

Lol, thats an interesting concept. If someone had not mentioned it, I doubt I would have found out about it. I don't think I'll switch over myself, as I've already got a pretty organized system of bookmarks set up, but its a neat idea nonetheless.

2.X

i have been using it for a while now, its something i am used to (being a Firefox derivitive)and its something different and i have configured to share my profile with Firefox so i didn't have to change or reconfigure anything and i still have my large amount of extensions and themes

I'm using FireFox 2.0.0.1, and it isn't all that stable.
Maybe I'll switch over, thanks for telling! ^_^

At the time I wrote this, I am downloading a copy. Maybe I'll try it, since I browse many anime sites as well..

@ Access

And where's loliopera?! xD
----
I tried it a long time ago, honestly I can't say I saw more in it other then a different skin.
Mind sharing what are the non-standard firefox improvements.

BTW I think the skin is available so if it's only for looks you can always have it with the standard firefox release.

Hm, I used it for awhile, I couldn't really get into it. Nothing much different from Firefox, unless I was missing something... =/

Heh, I'm downloading this "Lolifox" and see how it is. It might be useless, but would make a good item to impress friends with xD
