Lol got the feeling it gonna get rejected anyway. Guess i won't give out too many sugeestions here for a long time. I have to improve myself first LOL
since the rejection messeage never explains why, really need your help lol

I know, it may looks very similar to the original scan, but I want know problems other than that.

It's nice, you know. But i think the reason is the bg. It's kind of plain. I like the way you put that symbol on her feet, but yeah..like the FAQ said "background is where you can shine your wallpaper", so i guess you need to work on this one. And..the outlines seems rough..why don't use blur tool to 'smoothen' it??

First time i've seen you rejected. i usually see your latest wallpapers in the home page but everyone makes mistakes (can't see it on this wall) but like fayt19 said, i think you should work on your bg. wish you luck! : )
The runes, particularly the ones off to the right-hand side look rather jagged.
The vector of the eyes looks kind of odd, too, and doesn't quite match.
Beyond that... Be a bit more dynamic with your lighting.

Wow...Nanuk got sharp eyes ....I have to admire that I was too lazy and the eyes are the last part, so I just copy and paste a pair of eyes from my other vector lol thought nobody will realized but they are odd!
and the I resize the runes in PS, it's no more a vector at that point. that's why it jagged...
guess I'll fix them later...
and the bg is plain and old fashion, I've already traced a outline of newyork in the back to make it feel more deepth. but it is still plain..the truth is I'm really suck at bg that every wall of mine has a plain bg LOL
don't know when I gonna fix them and resubmit yet...winter break is over..sigh..another buzy year.. and really sry for anyone I replied "ready to submit" and got rejected lol as they said, rejection is for good, at least it means AP's standard doesn't go down...

i was gonna say the same thing... theyre not runes btw they're MS Symbols arent they ;) comeon you can tell me :)
Ok there is 4 things that bothers me
first is that rune you used around nanoha except the one under nanoha
its been said enough with others so i skip here
second is the source of light in the wallpaper... its like some beam of light coming from right side... but there not enough shadows on nanoha to know it... and that beam of light is kinda bad quality... i'm sure you could have blured it little.. and also i lets not forget about lights that should be coming from magic circle under nanoha
third is BG.. you used to much mist? or perhaps fog... so its really hard to recognize the lines (trust me it took me 30 sec to recognize that it was outline of buildings)

It's pretty nice, and i say the same thing about the background, may be add some Runes biggers in dark gray ?
and i'd see in the place of color pink in the bg and runes, like the orange hair of the girl ? otherwise the idea is good, can be more to deepen it ;)

This looks really cute! just try to soften those "numeric numbers"? or symbols. and can you include the (if you can) whole circle at the bottom. i dont want to miss any of those fine details :]
