You got good body proportion, (been hearing taht word alot lately) just need alittle bit more work on it...
but i think you should try abit more on the clothing, try to make it abit more.. alive.. i dunno.. im still trying myself... so i got no solution for ya..

I like the last one with the rain. The pose is cool and I like the rain and grass, it's almost like you can feel it.

You have an interesting way of coloring . . . or something. It's like it's textured or something. It's cool, I haven't seen that too often.

These are pretty good! One thing I want to point out is about the hair: the ends/tips of the hair should be pointier (not so rounded) to look more like anime. Also, this may just be me, but I also don't really like how you say "my original Bleach character" because, well, your character isn't from Bleach, and even if Bleach (or Naruto or any other series) inspired you to draw that character I just don't feel it's right to say it like you created an original Bleach character. You should work on creating your own original characters!

Not that bad, I know you can do better
