Wells... after extensive rummaging. I found a pretty decent scan of Kyon from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. [link]
I vectored Kyon, mind you that this is my first vector o.O, so I wanted to submit it to the gallery, but I wasn't sure if it was good enough etc.
So if you can, critique my vector ^_^.

Well well well!
For a first try you can be really happy! It's really great!
Of course it's not perfect cause it's the first you do.. But it's still really nice!
My only bad point would go for all the jaggy lines all over the character and especially on the shirt... You should make the original picture you're working on much bigger then resize down the vector completed to avoid that kind of problem.
Most of the time I make the picture 600% bigger than the picture I want to use... It's pretty hard for the computer but it's almost the only way to get nice smooth but clear lines.
Good luck!

first of all congrats! for your first vector is pretty nice! but i do also agree with zazou, you can also work on those jaggy lines around the scan, i cant say much about the resolution because i dont know much about it, i havent done a vector by myself. but it sure will be better if you follow zazous recomendetions! hes the expert here!
good luck! looking forward to see the wall you make with your first vector!*:)

@ kaorux : Lol... I'm not really an expert in vectoring but I some by myself and know the begginers problems lol... Anyway... I'm a gril

Woow, it's your first one? So much better than my first one.. ^_^! It looks really good for the first one! Btw, did you do it in photoshop? I use different prgoram for vectoring, so I'm not sure how you make something like this... which tool do you use?
Other than that, the lines are little jagged on the legs, and the upper part of hair... actually all over the vector, lol, you could work on that little more, and when you're making vectors, it's better to make them bigger, so later you can resize them and the smaller mistakes dissapear ^_^
One more question, how long did it take to make it?
I think it should be accepted here after you approve it a bit, good luck!
