I think Rukia should be sharper, and more visible, try to improve the scan with
"brightness and contrast", make more constrast, you can try that with "levels" too, just make her little darker and more visible.
Other than that, I like the background, the wall looks good, only one other thing, I think the city should be little higher ^_^.

I really like your wall. The background looks pretty good and the extraction is fine. My own suggestion would be to make the flare in Rukia's hand a little different. Maybe add some color to it so it doesn't look like you dropped any old flare effect in there. Or maybe you could darken or move forward the skull and flame logo on the left so it stands out a little more. At a first glance it kind blends into the background. Unless you want it to blend in because thats a matter of taste. good luck with your wall because it looks pretty good.
I really like the background. But I think that Rukia doesn't really blend into the background. It's just like two different things. Maybe you can somehow make Rukia blue... And maybe you can try changing the text font, doesn't really fit.
