Well I was browsing the scan section of AP when I happen upon the cute Komugi in a school uniform but the scan was badly uneven (no offense to the uploader of the scan) So I separated it and vectored it. Now Im not quite sure what else to do with it cause makin seneric walls aint my style but Im willing to give it a try. Any suggestions is welcomed!!

Well, it looks like she's eating toast & getting dressed so maybe a "getting ready to go to school" scene? Unmade bed, bookbag lying by with homework, etc.
Setting on a carpet by the door in far perspetive and looking at her cat or dog eating their breakfast or some sort, that's all I can think of.
All i can say is don't leave it white..lol:inu:

Nice^^ but if she's not sitting right at the bottom of the wallpaper you're going to make ...maybe adding the missing chunks of her on the bottom =x
well if you don't like seneric walls you could try just making a patterned bg? iuno=x...
like maybe a pattern with breakfast things?
or maybe find a room bg scan and use that xD

I agree with Ama, the picture would probably do best in a simple background. So I wouldn't go to overboard with fancy effects or anything, kind of hard to think of what exactly to do without experimenting a little >.<
Hmmm...simple Bg with complex stuff...? Very worth considering! BTW Ama, I used Adobe Illustrator.

This is my only thing i can think of for a advice make grasses and a tree behind here just say shes on picnik or lunch on the park =) its prety easy to do it

Yeah That's pretty much what I'd had in mind for a bit but it didn't hurt to ask for second opinions though. THank for your honest advice you guys I'll start on it soon and I may post up a beta of the wallpaper, depending on my doubts.

I guess you already got an idea, but here's what I'd attempted-
Classically Japanese room (futatsu thingy to her right, them shoji screen things (paper doors) in the back on the left, sun flooding in) and she's sat on a bamboo mat or a cushion with a tub 'o' jam and plate of toast by her right hand and she's watching her own tv show on the telly, and ther'es a witty caption somewhere :).

The only thing i can think of is putting white in the eyes (relection), and that is IT lol
