Well... the hugging people in the center look kinda washed out and blurry... i dk, maybe try bringing them out a little more

Wow... I love the idea of this wall...
Looks so.. "Peaceful"...
But I don't really get what characters you want to bring to the attention. The center's ones are bright so we see them well but they are pretty blurry as onigiri said. The dark one on the right is also in obviousness cause of his darkness...
About this last one... You should try to arrange the background to see the star JUST in the middle of his front-head... That can give balance to the character... But it's really a detail...

I think you should add the opacity of middle scan... and it little bit empty...

And i think you should use different type of leaf brush to make it more interesting. The bg is too simple anyway. And i think those hugging fellow in the middle should be covered in blue too.
Yes, yes, I think that the whole thing is too blurry too :) and I agree with ~zazou8888: maybe you should add some other kind of leaves and maybe you could do the hugglings bluer or something, but they are blurred too.
Also, I think you should get new star brushes, cause this one can't handle bigger sizes. Anyway, i guess the idea is nice, keep it up, you ^^
