Burning Naruto (rejected on Jan 10th)
I realise that its simple in design but im still not able to make complex BGs so im forced to make it as simple as i can... hopefully this isnt disappointing for you all...
Compositionally it needs something to fill the void left side. Perhaps making better use of the hidden leaf village logo and adding some text would be a way to overcome this issue.

I agree and the flames also need help
Changed some things and found uzumaki naruto's name in kanji so i used it but they arent flames its a swirl of chakra unfortunately it looks like flames to most people so thats why i didnt make it look like real flames... but the topic title is what prolly throws it off...

I would try to add more detail to the chakra, just to give it some extra flare. The left side still feels rather empty to me too.

I'm agree with Wolf0416, your picture is cute, i think your work on it is finish.
I would change the font of the japanese letters...somenthing that could match with the fire I guess...
and, just like Wolf0416 says, I'd add some more details to the chakra...and clean the scan just a little bit from the fire, as in my opinion it's too hidden...but I like the concept, really ^^

i like what you didi in here... simple but nice...
as everyone said you could give the swirl a little more brushes effects so that it looks more like flames... althouhg the swirl looks good.. a little more definition will look nicer :).. play with small lines of bright colors like orange and light red... mixed with lines of a deep red in the middle... then blur them a bit...
about the left side... it fells a little empty... you can fill it with some brushes (see if can you find ones that fits there in www.devianart.com )... or maybe you can put a nice big text (not too big.. ) and give the same swirl efect around it... but not too dark swirls cause then we won' t be able to read the text...

Why not trying to place him in the middle? I think it would be easier to fill the empty space, that's if you really want to keep the flames. Try some darker background, like black or blue. I think that Naruto should be more visible and that flames do need some work, cause they just seemed brushed there. I guess you could use some metal brushes or fractal one, to make more impact. As for the text, i think it would be better if it was horizontal and i agree with fragola89, that the japanese characters don't fit very well. Hmm, i'm thinking you could make those flames look like a spiral or something swirly :-?. Umm, i don't know ^^.
Anyway, if you want metal brushes, go to deviantart.com, it's a sure thing that you'll find some nice, good ones.

the left side is empty.. spread the fire a lil bit more on the left.. then im liking those characters that you put on the left side.. are there more fontstyles that you can use for those characters?? pick a fontstyle that is thinner than this one.. then use orange for the text color.. and put some glowing effect on it using color white..
cant really help yoou with the fire coz i havent worked with it ..

Yes it's an official image and this is really neat looking.
I would just turn down a bit the chakra to let show the entire body of Naruto cause the chakra is supposed to be transparent even it's Kiuby's chakra! ;)
And about it... Well you know in the anime you have in the blue chakra some really electric blue lines... You should try to add some in electric red if you can... Just draw them yourself with a very flashy red. It will help to see the movement of the waves of chakra and also give some power to the composition of the chakra.
This is a great improvement from your other wall.
About the Konoha sign you should make it a bit more obvious. It will help to fill up the blank space.

The chakra is good but different colors + smudging and blurring should give it more dimension and flair. crisper effects, such as the lightning zazou suggested would add some awesome detail. sometimes, getting away a bit from the original and adding your own touch can really make a wall good.
and the text isn't quite good enough yet, though it's a start, for sure. for one, on my computer, the text'll get covered by icons. remember, people have icons! ;P for another, it currently looks quite unexciting. though i have to admit, i'm a bit stuck about how to better incorporate it into the wall.
i'm going to be bold and actually suggest you try out textures later on. it might work to your advantage...or not. but walling can't be missing experimentation. keep going and good luck. :D

I think the wall itself, the basic idea is great, but it needs more, even with the words it seems kind of blank, i agree with them when they say more details on the chakra, but you also need to add more details to the photo. Make the orange BG where the letters are have somthing more mabe, even try putting an image that is very fain of another word or an image of somone or somthing but I think that just with the burning Naruto on the right and the Words on the left is just a little too empty
