I was bored so I attempted making a wallpaper. I threw this together in about 10 minutes so I know it doesn't look that great. Please leave posts telling me how to improve. =D

Umm. 10 minutes?? don't want to be mean or anything :-s, but i don't think you can make a nice wall in one hour, and there you go with 10 minutes? :(. Put some effort into it, cause this place is for people that do that.

So, let's start with the dots or squares or whatever they are. Umm... they're noot working. They're too rough for everything.
Secondly, the text is tooo tough also, try something smaller and a little more smooth.
Thirdly, the scan(s). Try to loose the ones from the back, and concentrate more on just one, one that you can improve with some cleaning, brushes and textures maybe.

Anyway,pleease try to put more effort on your work from now on, cause you'll get.. umm... bad treated :-ss.

p.s: i'm really not trying to be mean or anything, just giving you some piece of advice ^^

Like Amaya said trowing here a wall made in ten minutes is not the best way to have nice and constructive comments. Even more if you tell everybody it...
The first thing you need to work on is the scan. I'm speaking about the front one first : You REALLY need to improve your extraction.

Also make a wall all in grey scales is a pretty hard work for a beginner try to add some color like a color font in red or only one color. But don't leave that wall all black and white... But anyway that's a detail you can fix later.

But the scan also needs some cleaning and you really need to think more about the composition of this wall.
Trowing many scans and an effect on the background is not the way to get accepted on AP's gallery.

Also your sign is way too big and obvious. Don't forget it's not supposed to draw attention...
The font of the text seems really blocky and not really suiting the nasty look of Ichigo on this wall.
Try to find better ones on www.dafont.com

About the background indeed you should get ride of the two scans and maybe use them later when you'll need to fill up some blank but don't use them right now. Focus on the front scan.

10 minutes...i hope that is an exaggeration. and even then, it still kind of seems like a lack of effort. our mods are good...luck can't be pushed with them. the extraction has issues because leftovers from the original image is still visible. you must always make sure nothing that does not need to be there is there.

after that, well, ichigo as foreground and ichigo as background. not quite what i would call creative, unfortunately. make a mental note that putting a bunch of character pics together don't make for a good wall, not normally. and the grid thing is rather glaring. walls must be beautiful and practical because ultimately, you want it to get used by people on their desktops. so always take into consideration anything that might be hard on viewers' eyes.

the other things are not as major with me, so i won't repeat them for emphasis and give you my take on them. so hope these comments will assist you in improving your wall and ultimately your walling skills. :]
