Not bad, uh? =) Well.. let's see... the background is too much crispy for my taste.. Try to vivid the colours. About the text.. do some colours for that butterflies.

Something's not right in the background.. i dunno what it is XD the horizontal lines perhaps? or the lighting.. just maintain one 'coz the horizontal lines conflict with the diagonal lines that the light projects
as for the foreground and the text.. it's alright for me, though the image is somehow blurry.. sharpening the image may help ^^

It's a good start.. but one of the things bugging me is the scan. it's just too blurry; you need to vector it or find a better scan to extract the pic.
i also think that the background colours should incorporate the colours from the scan a bit (but i'm no pro by any means so don't take my advice too seriously). also, a different texture in the background may fit this scan more.
