...Gundam Seed Eternity...
I loved SEED, but I thought Destiny definitley lacked a bit. It was so addicting up until episode 36, when Asuran changed his mind. After that, too many things had to be finalized in the end...and it turns out that it never really was. Instead Fukuda focused on killing a bunch of main characters that made up Gundam Seed Destiny. X__X; I think that ShinnxStellar should've lived on! 
Honestly, I think a lot of people were disappointed with Destiny because of how it ended. But if all the stuff hadn't happened in the middle of it, it would've been a great series, since it started with tons of potential. I think that it would be wise for Fukuda to think of something really witful and new if he were going to make a new Gundam SEED series.
He needs to do something though. We need closure damn it! >.<

Wow lack a bit?? man they pratically reuse almost everything for the last few episodes .......its like watching a 5 min series with the rest as reused stuff .....though the beginning was cool

WHAT?! OMG. NO. NO way. I can't believe it. First of all, it sounds fake...come on, a 3rd series WITHOUT KIRA AND LACUS?! There's NO way they can do without them. Although if Athrun is to become a representive/army leading guy...that would be verrrry nice to see...but, I though GSD is bad enough, it destroys GS...so I really don't want to see another series spoiling the Seed legacy...
TOTALLY agree with you there! I want to see the GS characters grow instead of seeing new characters messing up the scene, like SHINN. Gosh I hate that kid. XD haha, given a toy then given a even bigger toy...that's SO TRUE!
actually an ova would be nice. The Destiny ending was really disappointing. I can't believe they didn't even show Athrun and Cagalie together again. They BETTER make an ova that can conclude everything, then just leave it at that. A 3rd series would be unberable, unless the main focus is how Kira, Athrun, Lacus, and Cagalie lead the world to peace. But then it wouldn't be a gundam series...they have to have some bad guy going against them before they can grow X_X oh man, just...don't make a 3rd season >_
I was in love with the first Gundam Seed. It really talked about human feelings and why people do the things they do and there was a ton of charcter insight, growth and surprises. While I though that the concept in Gundam Seed Destiny was great, I HATED the characters. Especially Shinn. There really wasn't any character growth through out the series. He was just given a big toy, made a lot of noise and then given an even bigger toy. That was it. And I HATED the fact that at the end they gave no closure to all us AthrunXCagalli fans! (Yes I'm a huge fan. GO AXC!!) So in the 40 minute OVA I hope they clear up this issue.
Anyway, even though there were some things in Destiny that could have been better *cough*Shinn*cough* I'm looking forward to this new series, if it really happens. Fukuda creates interesting issues that they fight about and I want to see how the original characters (from Gundam Seed since they were here the longest) continue to grow.

A friend of mines said that Gundam SEED Eternity is just made up. hm. well you never know. anyways, im finsihed with GSD and stuff. if the series stretched any longer, it looses it main conflict and stuff. ^_^
My guess is that it's fake, and I'll consider it fake until we get a real source saying otherwise.
Talking of a shocker...How exciting...I really can't wait. I'm a big gundam fan...and obiously a Seed fan. But that was fast...I mean Destiny just finishes a few months ago...Still, i'm glad.

I hope they answer some of the question in DESTINY. The ending was hanging and it did not conclude. I cant wait, I hope kira and lacus are in it.

Well, I obviously don't believe in this, unless it is official and not from some internet. This rumor has been getting old. I swear is like everywhere. And besides, Eternity is a gay name. So lame...

Wow if this for real this makes me really happy. I really like the first to series. I really hope they put in kira and lacus because they are to of my favorite characters. Either way im watching this, i just hope this is true otherwise i am going to be really disappointed.

This is still only a rumor and has not been made official. The creator only hinted at a possible continuation because of the heat he and his crew got for a disappointing GSD. So I will only consider this a rumor until an official statement is released that says it is official. If there is to be one, it better not end like how the previous ones did.
Wow! I can't wait till it comes out. I hope that Athrun and Cagalli get back together and none of the GS favorite characters get killed. What I wonder is where you did you find this information?
