Yeah i can't wait for it either, but what kind of name is "Splasher Gundam" sounds wierd if you ask me, and i think their will be extended in the series too, just like in SEED and in SEED Destiny.

The last that i have heard about this series was that it is still unconfirmed. Though Fu kada had been commisioned to do 3 series the third could be a sequel to turn a gundam. Anyways if they do have it I hope there will be less recycling of main ideas :P.
Oh goody another main character.. If this is true hopefully Fukada won't mess this one up... it'll be the first time since Amuro we see young pilots grow up as well... Wonder if anyone will grow a beard.. or mustache...

I didn't like GSD too much, so I didn't know whether a third season was a good idea or not, but after reading the summary of it, it does sound quite interesting...

It sounds interesting but if Fukuda butchers more of my favorite characters I'm gonna be pissed.
The old Lacus died. Cagalli and Athrun were completely confused. Shinn has way to many complexes. Rey was...Heine died a pathetic death. Yzak and Dearka had lack of screen time. Kira...well...you know...yeah...way to powerful...that's GSD for ya.

Hope this one isn't just a spinoff the other 2 and is just trying to make money. the plots gettign ridiculously monotonous.

Umm... Personally, as long as we see some pieces of Athrun, and some asucaga, I'm all for it! And I just can't wait for the special OVA episode to come out... I want some good end, and some questions to be answered! o_o

It would be cool to see what happens after Destiny yet I belive they should let the concept die in peace instead of risking dissapointment, it´s really hard to take care of all the details in the continuity and it is even harder to surprise us using the same characters, anyway, whatever happens let´s hope it´s for the best

I thought that they cancelled that OVA Special and removed it from the last DVD.
I was in love with the first Gundam Seed. It really talked about human feelings and why people do the things they do and there was a ton of charcter insight, growth and surprises. While I though that the concept in Gundam Seed Destiny was great, I HATED the characters. Especially Shinn. There really wasn't any character growth through out the series. He was just given a big toy, made a lot of noise and then given an even bigger toy. That was it. And I HATED the fact that at the end they gave no closure to all us AthrunXCagalli fans! (Yes I'm a huge fan. GO AXC!!) So in the 40 minute OVA I hope they clear up this issue.
Anyway, even though there were some things in Destiny that could have been better *cough*Shinn*cough* I'm looking forward to this new series, if it really happens. Fukuda creates interesting issues that they fight about and I want to see how the original characters (from Gundam Seed since they were here the longest) continue to grow.
