Well, my answer to my own question, I have seen only two anime's that have made me cry at the end. The first was Haibane Renmei and the other was This Ugly Yet Beautiful World. They were such moving endings I couldn't help but shed some tears.

i cried when i watched AIR, it was really sad, if you like peaceful and pretty drawings,i recommend it.
Kaleido Star, she was so beautiful and peaceful..near the end of the series, you would think, wow, you finally made it! well done.if you like humor and acrobatics, i recommend it.
Full Moon wo Sagashite, it really sad...throughout the storyline. if you like singing, i recommend this to you.

There are two anime series which really made me cry. First one is Cowboy Bebop, the last episode, when Spike is climbing down the stairs, wounded so heavily, and smiles before falling into death, was so heart breaking that I couldn’t stop my tears * sob, sob* and that music, " blue" which followed this scene, such a beautiful melancholy feeling.
The second one is Rahxeophon, this anime really changed some thing in me, I just cant describe it properly, It was just so beautiful and unique.

I've cried during a couple of them but that is just because I am an overly emotional person and I'm not afraid to admit it either. I cried during Samurai Champloo a couple of times but one of the biggest times was when Sara was fighting with Mugen and...

SPOILER (click to view)

Very emotional and dramatic episode.

Next would be a couple of times during Eureka 7. I can't remember exactly but I did cry during Eureka.

SPOILER (click to view)

But then again, I am an emotional mush so there isn't much hope for me.

The ending of cowboy bebop did make me shed a couple tears, but it wasn't really sad to me...it was just awesome...a really good ending.

The one I cried the most during was Wolf's Rain. I was going through a pretty tough time when I watched it, but still, I'm a guy ( and guy's shouldn't cry right? ;-). Pretty much the last four episodes had me crying, and one of the last four I started bawling like a little baby...

I've cried at various times during the One Piece anime...and parts of Naruto. Other than that, I can't say alot of animes have made me cry.

Now lol I'm a guy as well but I'm not terribly afraid of admiting that some animes have gotten me pretty shooken up. To the point that I can't help but to feel like or actually shed a tear or two because they are so freaking dramatic that it just can't be helped!

One of my Biggest and most memorable is the first time I saw the Trigun episode of when Wolfwood
SPOILER (click to view)
. All from what he said to the way that it happened to every single aspect of the entire scene, it had me so sad. I just could not control myself.

The next one would also have to be the Wolf Rain Final Episodes. If someone who is not completely hardcore rock stone cold, watched that entire series, they would feel a bit sad on that one to!

Another would have to be when Renji is battling Ichigo in the Soul Society, now that is a seen that you just can't help but to feel the chill bumps or tears on! All of his effort to save Rukia, makes your heart just clench!

I get choked up when he screams "SAVE RUKIA" also. It is a pretty messed up scene to see someone like Renji asking the help of someone like Ichigo to save Rukia. Shows you just how much he actually cares about her, enough to ask someone who he believed to be his enemy for help.
