This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

We all have animes that we like to watch...
some are good and some are damn awesome... the good anime at first season always start to build our interest more and more like "Shakugan no Shana" or "Zero no Tsukaima"...
but what happens when the script writer, the art designer or even the director changes...
of course the story telling will be different... However will you like that to happen?
Give your thoughts...

As long as i know, i still like the anime even the people who include in the project is change... the story is still great for me, and i enjoy it...
i believe that even the people is change, they will change it with the good one, its not just a randomize choice...so the quality of the anime will not down... ^^

I don't mind too much if the story and general direction of the show stay about the same, but what I do hate is when the voice actor changes in either mid-season or in the next season.

Two big examples of this sort of thing for me would be Berserk and Trinity Blood, both of which I liked up until the end, where it basically bottled out and tried to stall for an extra series which never came...

Both Berserk and Trinity Blood build up and up, oh I care about these people now for some reason, oh you've killed some, build up build up, oh you've killed more, no he can't do that, ah he's the bad guy now, oh the protagonist has met the antagonist head on! The end... ... ... yes... where the hell's the rest is the first thing to come to mind? The answer, don't look at us, go read the manga now, they're the ones that know what's going on.

Bah... if you're going to start an anime the least you could do is finish it, rather than refer us back to the books. They could at least have made something up, I don't care if it's a manga perfect ending, I just want an ending, is that too much to ask?

Depends actually.
If the story still interesting, I don't mind if they changed director or anything.

Take example as Tsubasa.
They changed the director for the OVA and studio.
In my opinion, the OVA is much better than the TV series.

I think I would continue with it.
But it depends. The change may be good ^^
or maybe I dont even noticed the change o:
anyway, I would stop ONLY if its completely unbearable

Well, even though it was changed.. If the anime itself still as good as before, I will watch it! Sometimes, a bad anime will be a good anime, if we could be one with the anime itself.. But becareful, It will make you forget everything around you~

Neon Genesis Evangelion was kinda like that. Some people didn't like the latter part of Death Note. Oh well, I just delete the episodes that I don't like.

I take series' taking a complete left turn pretty okay. For H2O, that was a disaster of an end with a utterly horrible quick wrapup, and so I was sternfaced for an hour after the last episode, at the most. Code Geass goes in all directions, and so one must brace for impact for any sudden change, which happens nearly every episode. For Evangelion, I just skipped the last two episodes because I'm not a NEET that can relate to Shinji's mindset in any way.

In any case, I just run off and look for doujins if I don't see something I wanted to happen. For example, hot lesbian sex in StrikerS with Nanoha and Fate.

Well, can't have everything, can we? :D

It depends of what are the things that gone wrong
if director, voice actor, and such change I don't really mind
except when it's the tengen toppa epi 5 incident, what the heck was that, good thing it was only for one episode. Why does it have to happen to TTGL.
But when the story completely went astray is just unforgivable especially when it feels like it change genre it's like School Days a romantic to slice of life. Even though it is somewhat predictable (cause of the game), I mess my hair up thinking why does it have to end that way in the anime (and manga) too. Let the anime have a good ending or something, but it can't be helped since it is their trademark.
Anyway if it went wrong THAT BAD , I'll probably just read the explanation synopsis of each episode in wiki.
