After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

In the past, I've gone for more than a month without anime. I couldn't remember why, but it was likely I either had a ton of school work or because I was stressed about something and just didn't feel like watching. It feels so good to watch your first anime in several weeks after so long, especially when your exams or tests just finished and summer just started, that's the best feeling.

I lived my life in seclusion for three months. I don't know if it's related, but the last anime I saw at that time was School Days.
Nowadays, it's been over three weeks since I've seen the eleventh episode of Saikano. A mixture of consumed time, sleepiness and sloth mixed into this result.

For me it kind of depends on how you're defining anime. Are you defining the fandom in general (including drawing anime, cosplaying, etc.) or are you being specific and just referring to watching anime?

If you're referring to just watching anime, then I'd say that my longest time was four months, because at the time I only had dial-up and could only watch anime if I bought it (but I was broke and nowhere near a place that sold DVDs) or went to a friend's place.

As for the fandom. . .I've never gone without my 'fix'. Hehe. I've got JMusic on my MP3 player, manga, anime DVDs (I have money now! :D), JRPGs, cosplay, and my main drawing style is anime. Maybe I've gone a week or so without it but it's never very long before I'm right back to it.

Forever. ( []-[])9 emoticon
Was kinda into it, but after i've realized that i can predicted the ending. I never actually started, however i do watch it from time to time for the music, art, character development, and the morals they try to slip between the lines.

(o_o) emoticon Maybe a week at the most. I love watching animes to the point where I feel it might be an addiction. The longest I've ever latest without watching any was over a month and that was due to my summer vacation to my homeland, which is computer and internet deprived. I started watching animes at age eleven and I'm fourteen now but I think will continue to watch way in to my ripe old age or at least until they stop making them, which I'm pretty sure will never happen.

After watching an anime episode, if it's a good series, I would usually get this longing for the next episode, I don't know about you, but that longing for more disappears after a week (Although I would still watch the new episode). So, to finally answer the question, I'm pretty sure I could go pretty long without watching an single anime, I'll eventually miss one or two, but I'm sure I could last. However it's a different story with manga since I need an my manga fix every week or two.

Usually it's variable as to how long I can go without watching an episode of anime. The longest I've gone without watching anything in the way of Japanese animation was approximately a month and a half, whereas I did nearly nothing but play/practice video games. I suppose you could say I was still in-tune with the anime fan base, but I failed to keep up with about what everyone seemed to enjoy/dislike/rage.

Pretty long really, though I'm actually attempt to watch the stuff for this season, so that might keep me going since I have to wait for each new episode to come out. When I watch it in bulk, I tend to Overdose a little and not come back for a while...

I have tried not to watch anime for about 3 weeks and it is still bearable. I remember that I did that because there are a lot of school work to be done, but when it finished, I came back to watching. I don't know, maybe I can stop for a bit longer if it wasn't for the boredom... I had nothing else to do after the work was done, so I came back watching.. (~_~) emoticon

Last time, about 5 years ago, i was so into animes and mangas since it was my first time on those things. i was in campus so it was so easy to get fast streams of internet. so i downloaded and sometimes bought so much till it felt like there was not much time in a day. and after i've finish most of the old animes and mangas, i can't really live for a day without the new and fresh ones. but after i graduated, i kind of got lost in touch with them when i was back at home since there was no internet at home. yeah it feels sucks. so my personal record for not watching and reading them was about a year or so. but i manage to get over it. even if i don't really crave for them now, like i did, i think i still need some dose that'll keep me for a couple of months. (~_~) emoticon not to mention there are too little new animes coming out nowadays. don't you think so? i'd say last time was like an anime and manga flood and most of them were very exciting with so many different plots. but nowadays, they seems to keep repeating the storyline or plots over and over again till you know what's going to happen and how the ending will be. or is it just me? anyway, i'll clarify it once again...i'll be an ANIME LOVER FOREVER~!

I can go for a year without anime, maybe more. I mean, it's not like my whole life depends on it. And sometimes, I really can't avoid having to give up anime for a while, like that time when we moved and we had plenty of problems installing cable (we got a satellite dish instead), or during the ends of the high school years, when the teachers would pile plenty of homework on us...Anime's not a big priority in my life, so I can get by perfectly well without it. =)

In the beginning I have been watching a lot of anime, but now it cooled off.
I think a whole year has passed since I haven't watched animes, but now I'm kinda crazy for J-Dramas, so I'm looking for new and interesting ones mostly everyday.
As for the music I can't stop listening to it. It reminds me of the beautiful days, when there were really interesting and good anime.
