how long can you go without your anime fix
Man, since I have learned that not all Japanese people that I met, can associate themselves with Anime and Manga Culture, I have learned a valuable lesson for watching to whom you should share your most sacred hobby to... With the exception of my basic weekly program consisting of Naruto, Bleach and One Piece, I don't think I have watched any other anime ever since, nor do I have the time to look for more. I mean, crap, everything is now overloaded with mish-mashing same old stories most of the time, an overflow of Anime within Japan, do you know how many companies are suffering and fighting for their survival out in Japan??
Apart from that I care less about new Anime than in the past, maybe I will catch up to them later. Because as I said there almost isn't any good stuff anymore. Even Anime like Deathnote do not interest me in the slightest...

I can't go without Anime for more than 5 days.
The longest I've gone is a month and a half, haha, but that was because I was actually in Japan. Okay, no...it was a month because I went to go see Ponyo in theaters while I was there (and that obviously counts as anime). :p
Well, I can go without anime as long as there are no interesting anime I want to watch.
I can go a long time without anime, but I need to read manga very frequently. I like seeing what was drawn by the creator's hand, not the animation team.

3 months omg! because of my girlfriend i was very busy
I probably can't go for more than a week but that is maximum, I feel the need to watch an anime every 24 and when I haven't watched for 24 hours, I need to watch at least 4 episodes.

That depends on what mood i'm in... Sometimes i can go for up to 8 months without anime and other times I go insane after less then a day without anime

I do not think I ever went a day without anime since i started...o.o
I'm not exactly sure, I've never tried going without it, hehehe. I have to have anime in some form, even if it's just looking at a site like this. I watch CCS almost everyday at some point. I think I could last a week, but no more than that and it would take something else to replace the void, hehe.

All depends on my mood. Most anime that I watch is with subtitles..and at times I dont feel like reading lol Other times I have other things to distract me. I get in different ruts...I'll watch one show for a while then switch and watch another show and leave the previous one for weeks before i get back to it
Hmmm I think I can go without anime for a long long time, but not forever of course. Since Im stuck with my job, Ive had no time to watch some new animes showing in our country and stuff.
Well... if I'm busy doing something, like hanging out with friends, then I can stay around a week without watching any anime, before I feel the real need. But I've been 4 days without my anime fix, and though I've been kinda busy... there's like this emptiness, but it's not that I'll die if I don't watch anything for a couple more days. Though I hate being busy and not finding ANY time to watch any series, especially when Bleach latest episode was released 3 days ago and I haven't had the freaking chance to watch it! What's even worse is being stuck at home with mom and little sis' roaming around... How can you sit down and watch people cut each other's heads and bleed to death with mother staring at you?!
Though when it's exams and tons-of-homework time, I can give up on my one-or-two-episodes-a-day dosis. Though I consider myself of the addict kind, I know how to order my priorities.

Well of course I could go without it..I think..lol. Though If I'm not watching and anime or reading a manga I am looking at fanart ,wallpapers=),browsing pictures,or looking at different sites for an anime. It's definitely a hobby for me and I really enjoy it so why would I want too=) ha ha. I also draw in anime style so Im usually around it in some form or another everyday.
If it's going without actual anime episodes, I think probally a week, because I'll end up twitching of not seeing the newest episode release before the next episode is out. But if it's without anything related to anime, I won't last more then a few hours. I need my mp3 with me at almost all times, and 97% of the songs on it is anime related. I also watch lots of anime related clips on youtube/niconico Douga. I also constantly doodle/draw manga/anime styled drawing.
