No one watch this anime? No one interested in this anime? I actually really like it.
This's a new anime about goddess, Nagi, that come to life from statue which a boy, Jin Mikuriya, made it from Kannagi tree, then they live together in same house, Jin's house. And a lot of fun things happen after that.
I hope there are more people interested in Kannagi. After you watched Kannagi, how do you think? It's great, is it?

6 episodes into the series and I'm enjoying it so far.

A nice twist on the "divine deity/spirit co-habiting with male character" template. By removing the subservient, loyal and meek character stereotype and putting in one that turns the stereotype inside out, Kannagi differentiates itself from the likes of Oh! My Goddess and Mamotte Shugogetten.

As for the series' popularity, you don't need to fret. Kannagi has its fair share of followers. It's just that the series lacks material to talk about in the long term as opposed to those like Fate/Stay Night or Suzumiya Haruhi unless you push for episode by episode talk and having lots of free time by participants. Come to think of it, was a miracle that the SHUFFLE! and Suzuka threads actually lasted that long considering that it was built on the premise of high school romance.

I actually saw the manga before it aired. Just my opinion but i think the manga was more interesting then the anime. Anywhere as only 6 episodes were out, I'll make the final judgment when I've seen it's entirety.

Yes true. Some people who haven't read the manga, it's hard to keep em going. But that doesn't mean it's not a hit. Believe it or not, Kannagi is fairly famous among the Loli-taku (lolita otaku), I have no clue why Nagi = Loli... But that's what I got out of Japanese forums.

Also, don't forget, SHUFFLE! was first came out on eroge and turn into anime and manga. Also, there are few other spin off eroge of SHUFFLE! (tick tack & really really). That's why SHUFFLE! series are famous and lasted long time. And really, who can't say no to Asa-Senpai. LOL

There is few Lolicon in this forum, isn't there? If you understand in L-Power, you will understand why Kannagi famous among Japaneses forums.

Nagi = Loli, in my opinion, I think becuase of her innocence and her nonsense. But I think "Zange", another goddess in that city, has a lot of Loli-power and Tsundere. Zange's so KAWAII!!

I like Kannagi because of its nonsense that made me laugh every episodes. So you don't have to expect much from this anime, but you should watch it for relax or something like that. Then you will like this anime as me. ^^

Hm... IDK. I'm not a Loli-Taku, so I don't see Nagi = Loli.

What you have describe Nagi was "Tennen" and not a "Loli". By all means, I'm not pointing figures or anything. I'm more of "Ane-Con" or "Maza-Con" than "Loli", so help me define the "Loli" for me.

Anyways, I gotta agree that Kannagi is awesome cuz its nonsense of story in every episodes.

Read the manga first. The anime is more awesome probably because it always seems to be on crack. The op is definitely a reason why the show is so popular , after listening to it i can't get the freaking song out of my head.

The main characters are interesting too espicially Nagi-sama. :)
