JoJo's bizzare adventure .
I can't say this has ever really happened to me exactly. I have been hooked on a manga right off the bat (like Skip Beat or Maison Ikkoku), but I've never been left with an open ending sequel feel that isn't actually realized (except maybe Ranma 1/2, but it had been going on for awhile anyways and it seemed about time for it to take a break).
Of course then again, I haven't really finished many manga series completely come to think of it. I wish more Aria would come out!!
I don't really know many series that actually have counterpart sequels to them in manga form, except maybe for the Slayers manga, but those come across more like doujinshi than anything else.
Oh well, as long as it was entertaining!

They were several very good mangas would have been stopped without a proper ending like Double Arts or Shirogane No Karasu. And i'm sure some actual ones like Akaboshi and Psyren won't last long, unfortunaly.

Yeah, of course! I was actually depressed after it ended...
Oh this happened to me.
I'm a hardcore tomboy, so all the cutesy manga bore me.
But like a year ago, my best friend handed me Kare First Love and I was hooked on the first book.
I liked it so much, I read the rest online since she didn't have the next books.
It was a cute series.

This happened to me many time in Anime, but haven't happen in Manga. The Anime like RAVE, Innoyasha, Get Back they all are good anime but they all end without the ending. They just end. Although the Manga has already end the story but Japanese don't make second series when one anime end. Only if many Japanese wish it for, then they might consider it. The one and only Manga I love and don't want it to end is One Piece, so I hope it will continuous forever lol......
I guess it happened to me when I finished reading Emma and Aria (specially Aria!). I don't know if Emma counts since there's Emma Bangaihen. Anyway, I would really like to see a sequel to Emma. What happened after William and Emma got married and so on. As for Aria, I knew that Akari will become a prima in the end but I wished Amano continued the story. I really would like to know how was Akari as a prima and the her story on taking on an apprentice. How did she ended up with and what happened to Alicia after she retired.

Yes i have i have fallen bye ecchi mangas like Kanokon i love Chizuru and theres one i have just read that is Yuria 100 . I like Love Hina too and girls Bravo
Hmm...I don't know if I ever experienced that exactly. Perhaps the opposite. For example - Juline. The manga was so good on its own, and when I found out it had two sequel series, I was so mad .>_<. Part of me wants to read the sequel since I loved the original so much, but for the same reason the other part of me can't bear to risk reading either sequel! I feel like it would ruin the story I already love .>_<.
So sometimes, to me, sequels are unnecessary.
Then, sometimes, manga lasts too long (ie. Vampire Game - everything was rushed at the end, when it could have been properly developed throughout the 15 volumes.)
Those are my thought, at any rate.
