Any of you disappointed of how the latest episodes been going? Wow their really repeating the episodes. First you would notice some changes and differences around 13, and 14, but, wow... After that, it's just the same thing. As the title says "Endless Eight" I wonder if its going to last eight episodes... Hahaha, I hope not.

At least I watched four episodes at once, I didn't have to be soo tormented by the endless repetition as the others who had to wait each weak to find out that the episodes exactly a copy and paste, well to say precisely, they were minorly tweaked.

Why do you think their doing this? To make the series last a certain number of episodes? Anyways, I hope it ends soon.

Those are exactly what I read on blogs for those who blogged about Haruhi's second season (seriously, which blog doesn't blog about Haruhi?). I always wait for the anime to end before I watch it, but it doesn't sound like anything attractive from what I've read. I guess I *have* read that *some* people like it.

I'm not watching the series yet and I don't keep up with the manga or whatever so I don't know what the series is supposed to be like. I read some blogs and I personally think that people are going overboard. I just enjoy a series for its interactions between the characters and/or the setting.

After watching the first episode, I was left with a neutral feeling. And after watching the second episode, I was reminded why I liked this anime in the first place. All the characters grow on you. You begin to appreciated everyone's uniqueness and the overall appeal of the series. My take on endless eight is this, it's sort of refreshing and yet frustrating to watch, especially where Kyon is concerned. He's a terrible procrastinator much like myself. I think if I were in his situation, I'd probably end up doing the same thing.

Kyon knows that he has to do something (find out what Haruhi wants to do but yet, he never knows what she wants and does not try hard enough, in my opinion anyway). I want to strangle him but yet I'm rooting for him. I think it was a great idea to do this {endless eight} saga, lol. A lot of people are either seriously pissed off while others are just waiting patiently to see what happens, while paying keen attention to each episode. I'm trying to find clues and solve the mystery for myself, and it's quite fun. No other anime has gotten me involved this much, so I appreciate this series for it's bold testament, lol.

The "Endless Eight" makes me so frustrated! After seeing practicly (with some differences) the same thing 3 or 4 times, I just skip to the last 10 minutes or so of the episode and scream at Kyon to fix this mess! I mean, COME ON! How clueless can he get? Haruhi obviously wants to either go on a date with him, or she wants him to kiss her! That's gotta be why she has the last day "set aside just in case" every time! And she even looks at him as she says that and smiles EVERY TIME! Geez, he's making me so mad.

At first it was okay, its was pretty unique i guess, but it got annoying when it was exactly the same thing over and over again, with just a little bit difference. To think that everyone waited so long for the second season and this is what we get, must've disappointed so many people.

I wonder what haruhi actually what's to do, huh?

It's confirmed that the next episode is the last Endless 8!
Although I think having 8 episodes of Endless 8 is going a bit overboard. In the light novel, it's only one chapter. :/
If you want a hint, you can figure out the solution Kyon comes up with from watching the current episodes.

My brother told me that the animator's actually completely reanimated each episode, even though they were repeating the same animations. I think this was to keep in good faith with the fandom that they weren't just being cheap and recycling, but were specifically doing it to illustrate a point in the series.

Strangely, I heard it was supposedly based on a very small part of the original light novels. I'm surprised they went to the extent of eight episodes though. I look forward to seeing more MHS when I get the chance!

But the Sigh arc is pretty funny, so I think I'm on the road to recovery.

I know it did... it lasted 8 eps, I am currently recovering as well, I still feel my scar aching from time to time though.

It is interesting in a way.

It is another level of interacting with the audience in a passive way.
It is just like when the original was aired in a screwed up chronical order but that was made the anime fantastic in a way, if you ask me ...

This was a very boring part of the anime to me... But I finally got through it and am happy that, that is over now, so I can get on with the story better, hope it never happens again..... o.o;;

Endless eight made me so mad. It was the same crap over and over. It was totally unnecessary. I was really looking forward to "disappearance" to see how kyoani would handle it. Sadly, I didn't get the chance.
