After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

I find that almost all the new anime that comes out have a little ecchi in them. Most of the new Anime girls character have big and bouncy :bounce: :bounce: boobs. Not that i'm complaining thou <!--emo&:lol:--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' /><!--endemo--> . Also the girls tend to wear less clothing nowadays. Well as long as the story and characters are good, i don't mind.
What do you guys think?? for better or for worse??

I was wondering when someone was going to ask this question. I am a lover of ecchi in anime. The anime's that contain lot's of ecchi, such as Agent Aika, Najica Blitz Tactics, Blue Seed, Plastic Little, Green Green and Popotan, tend to be my faves.
Having said that, some of the above-mentioned series don't have much of a plot, which for me is a must-have.
The characters in ecchi-type series tend to be well-endowed, and we are always fortunate enough to see plenty of their bra and panties and perhaps more if we're lucky enough.
Overall, ecchi in anime gets a big thumbs up from me!

I think it's getting to be a tad too much - for example Midori no Hibi has had nudity for first 3 episodes, When i was watching konomini it was all good with the old style bright nudity (when the person is just super bright) but then as it moves along Akari has her nudity scene and she's supposed to be 13~~...I'm not saying ecchi is bad but too much and the show just goes porno... and i must agree breasts are gettting bigger

in the end i guess it's all still good!

Sadly, ecchi seems a sort of excuse for less developed plot and characters.

Although I have little against them (in the series with good art...), I can't forget that dark side.

Thus, I don't think it's a good trend.

A little is nice. one more point to "sex appeal" i guess <!--emo&^_^--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='happy.gif' /><!--endemo-->

but i think to much is no good coz then you look at the anime chicks more than the anime <!--emo&:lol:--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Ecchi draws in new people to believers <!--emo&:lol:--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' /><!--endemo--> I personally don't like too much ecchiness mainly because I don't want to look at the characters in a sexual way :evil: I like anime characters because of their character - not because of their "assets". The assets are supposed to be a bonus addition :happy:

I prefer animes that do not have a great amoutn of ecchi in it. I find it somewhat disturbing sometimes because I feel like it is taking away the plot, unless the plot is based on ecchi....LOL then i don't mind...
I like animes that are funny without using echhi in them. LIke, err... angelic layer... and probably ...can't think of any~~ Well, gto was a really funni ecchi one... LOL

Well, one thing is clear. Sex sells! It's usual for an anime to have some eye candy in it, otherwise what would attract some of the males? Not that guys just watch anime for the panty shots and bouncy, top-heavy girls (that I feel really sorry for. Having big breasts HURT. Not that I speak from experience)
And ecchii is usually used for comedic situations, so it's alright. But, if it's over used, it can get old very quickly, like in Love Hina. I love the manga and anime, but sometimes I wished that Keitaro wouldn't get "accidentaly" smashed into a pair of boobs all the time. Even if the consequences were hilarious.
