Great! love it! but, there's still things you can improve on:

-try making the itachi and sasuke a bit bigger [personal opinion though. i would love it even more like that]
-the bg on the left is a bit too boring. maybe add some extra stuff, or change the brush, although i like the current brush. or maybe even make the brush even bigger

In my opinion, it is very good and it could yes have been approved. The only thing that could be improved, would be the edge in return of the personages.
