I have no idea...i think the quality is quite good actually...maybe you should PM the mod who rejected it, and ask them what's wrong. i'm sure they'll tell you. You never know...maybe the mod accidentally pressed the wrong button, and fined you 100 papers for no reason O.o [not very likely, but still possible XD]

I will make this. Isn't the first time that they reject mine wallpapers for “quality lack”, being that all the other sites that I rank they nobody complains. This is very strange.
I respect the decision of all when really he has some imperfections, but this my wallpaper I don't find that he is lacking quality.
I will wait an explanation the mod.

I would take momo's advice and ask the mod who rejected it to be specific in telling you what's wrong. Sheesh, if they say this has bad quality, there's no hope for people like me! lol!

I think on the side of the techniques the wuality is ok. (well im not so good at detecting those kind of flaws anyways). BUt for me the main lack on this one is the amount of elements, its a little overcrowded for me. I can't find a focus on the wallpaper. Part of that might be lack of a good compostition to gain focus.
That's just my feelings. I see the image and I can't get my attetion to anything in particular. so I keep bouncing in the image trying to find what or where to look at. It gets me tired and.
Other than that the girl is pretty and the concept seems verynice, its not very common to see wallpapers in thiskind of direction.
(I hope you understand some of what I wrote. my mother language is not englsh)

This wall is simply beautiful. Those mods are either over-worked, or just mean.
Hello... pretty wall.. enchants trinity to me blood. I do not see that ppp for monitors are problems by resolution 96 this enough able good. that the problem is by the linen cloth to 1400 1050, xs. test to arm it with a universal measurement but... As far as wall I like much as I am armed the bottom with respect to the image of the personage. what I do not like much is that is everything on gray scale but in any case this quite good. test for playing with tonalities in gray scale and some other color. I believe that would give but life him.

This is a fantastic wall, but personally i think the background is too harsh; maybe if you softened it down a few notches it would be alright :) remember, people have to put desktop icons over this, they need to be able to see what's written there.

For me this wall is way too crowded and busy... It's just impossible for me to have it on my screen cause I would just get bored cause of all the elements in it...
You didn't know about the size? Did you just take the time to read the AP guide before telling that? All is written.
And if english isn't your mother language like more than 60% of the people here just go in the groups and subscribe in one the other mother language group... Most of the time you can find there the rules in your own language...
