I think for the quality of the colors of some scans

The Scans is correct. I used only different effects by PS and Brushs.
Thus it like a copied Scan looks evenly not simply only boring o.O

Eh, okay so basically you shouldnt just crop your scans into squares and place them on top of each other, add some text and basic brushes and call that a wallpaper... Manga scans are kinda hard to work with in my opinion so unless you can recreate and incorperate a background to match the art of the scan, you should find some other scans. Try to have a central theme rather then fit as many character you can in one wall.

Look around this site for inspiration and examples of the quality of wallpapers this site accepts...

For The Cat & The Angel rod I used for a long time. The wings from another Scann cut. TA-Kun had only a half left leg which I completed. I worked cleanly in addition. And there is my first Wallaper!

It doesnt matter how long it takes you. If the end result is no good, or you spend a day extracting a scan and then place it on a bad background, it's still not going to get accepted. It's based on the end result, not so much what it took to get there.

Do you see the all the examples you gave have backgrounds that were made by the wallers themselves and not croppings of other scans? Placing a cropped scans on a single colored wall with basic brushings does not make a wallpaper. Make your own backgrounds and properly extract the scans. Placement is important. Your walls are too messy. You can keep comparing your walls to those already in the gallery, but just know that standards change with time and mods, and you can't keep seeing your work with your own eyes. You have to accept critism from people and then try to improve on it. >_>

For example do you see that in your SEARCHING FULL MOON wall the art on the left and right pic are different from the center one and not as pixelated in the hair? Recolor teh scan if you want. Adding the leave and soft brushes don't hide it. -_-

Also notice that the wallpapers that you linked just now had complete chars in them. Not just little snips and parts of them. I personaly don't think that those wallpapers are that great either but they didn't just slice up a scan and stick them together.
