^^ ok first comment! So I think abstract background isn't a good idea for a gunslinger girl wallpaper :S (sorry)
And you should'n put you signature there, but below your wall is better. And for the gunslinger girl logo, you should put it more over there. (sorry for my bad english)

The image is really good, but I think that the back ground is to bright for it. Maybe a darker color like black? (ok so that's a very dark color ^_^'just a darker colour rather than red)
I also think that the Gunslinger girl logo should be on the bottom left, rather then the bottom right. Plus like Baldric said, your signature should be at the bottom (I always put mine bottom right...well on the old wallpapers I used to do...they aren't good enough for this weebie =P )

I think the background it's nice but don't suit too much the scan mmm maybe with different colors it will be better and clean more the scan on the upper zones there is an annoying white line around it there.
The logo i like where it is i don't like too much the figure white outlined near the logo maybe change the position. Keep it up and i'll turn out great ^^

Yes, the backround needs to be a darker color, I don't think those arrows should be airbrushed but vectored. Also you need to work on the characters extraction because I can still see white around her. The logo should be in the upper left corner and needs a bit of cleaning. Also put your signature at the bottom.
Ok Im gonna do some changes and post it later...but about the logo...I stracted it with the logo =b
If I could get just the image (that I found it later after posting it) I would put as everyone said.
And I didnt used a darkerg ground because it would make " disappear" her cout...bout Im gonna try to dark it.
