I bet Kakashi isn't hiding anything underneath his mask (unless you count the extra masks that he has under it.)

I would like to believe that Kakashi just has some crooked teeth under there and had to wear some ridiculous ninja-age braces or retainer. Other than that I imagine he's a pretty good looking guy. Oh and maybe he keeps tissues in there when he's sick, that would be neat.

Ummmm i think that hes probly got a past ascociated with that mask and as someone said.. maybe he wants it to be kept secret. im not sure about his true "identity" so to speak but im sure that he has a reason why he doesnt want people to see... OOH I GOT IT!! he doesnt like to shave so he wears a mask!! its all so obvious now... maybe.... well im not sure... ut i think thats the best answer soo far... he doesnt like to shave!

We later find out that the rite of asscension in Clan Hyuuga is seeing Kakashi's face, and that is Negi and Hinata's sole goal. Also explains why Hinata wants to be close to Naruto.
