I've read the first 3 volumes of Negima and I it. VERY cute series... Even though its filled with girls panties and naked girls everywhere (blah XP), its a series everyone can enjoy.

Ha ha ha! That's true. But you can just ignore that eh. It seems that I, the host writes the least comments. I think that is because I've only read up to volume 3 too. Hey, my friend already read up to volume 11! She reads it in the internet. But then her modem got burned because of lighting. Pitty her huh.

15 already?! That means it has passed Love Hina, that's amazing! But yeah... 31 girls with each their own story in comparison to only 7 girls in Love Hina... and most of them aren't around the whole 14 books. I'm really impressed by Ken Akamatsu to keep going like this.

XDDDDDD The modem on my 98 that I had here at my grandparents was fried by lightning 3 years ago too xDDD It fried it and the TV (it zapped the color out of it, it then only played in b&w o.O)

I found a website a week or so ago that had Negima scanlations up, but it didnt have the liscend volumes up =P I've been borrowing them from my friend.. he needs to get them faster... And since he's dropping out next year.. unless I buy them i wont be able to read them XP (and im saving money for more important things... like a-kon xD)

yeah, eva is so cute and awe-inducing that it should be illegal to be so damn cute and awe-inducing; well, she did refer to herself as a cheat code, plus nothing "illegal" about her age since she's over 500...anyways, she only gets cooler as the series progress.

On another note, i also think the series does not have an end in sight, as many issues earlier presented and/or projected are not yet fully explained (finding Nagi, backstory of ALL 31 girls, the story of Nagi & company, whatever the "thing" under the library is guarding, healing Negi's village, Takamichi's backstory, Asuna's, the list goes on). I hope Akamatsu does not croak midseries and make his fans kill themselves due to frustration.

You should listen to the soundtracks that feature Konoka's voice, its really funny and cute, especially the role call song (the way she reacted when she get's pushed aside by haruna saotome near the end of her bit makes me laugh, i wonder how it would have looked in the manga and anime)

haha, when Asuna kicks evangeline in the volume 3 featuring the story arc you are referring to, eva has this super-deformed form that's just absoltely hilarious, and this happens twice! However, regarding what you mentioned, I love how the anime adapted this scene for the TV screen, and there is no way that mumbling/translating gimmick could have worked as well in the manga. Each medium has its strengths, and whoever directed this episode had his head in the right place.

I read them as soon as there fan translated but i also buy them as they come out. I like the fact that it has many variety of charters

I quite like the series but the anime was rather crappy I must say. Same goes to Akamatsu's previous work: Love Hina. I have been pretty up to date with the manga...I use torrents to dl chapters so I'm not too sure as to which volume I'm at but I get to read it and that is all that matters to me at the moment. Sorry to say this, but I think the best work that Akamatsu has done is definetly Love Hina. And being a romance comedy lover, Love Hina is probably the best manga that I have ever read. Its all good! ^^b

That would suck and i would go nuts if i didnt know what happened at the end im onley up to vol 9 thats all thats out in the U.S so im stuck for know im just glad to hear it keeps getting better

Here in Spain, we have 4 books, and in june the 5 go to the shops.
I really anxious to buy the 5, beacuse i read it in english, and it's a very very good chapter.^^

But it is also good for the store because MSN is not popular there. Because not a lot of girls go there you know. But Bleach move so fast. On the first week I went there, Bleach is number 1. Then the next week I went there, Bleach is already number 9! PITTY ME PEOPLE! That is why I've only read up to manga number 3. Bweeeeee!

Honya is the girl with blue hair. Konoka has black hair and is soooo cute. Her voice is even cuter XD

I recently started reading the manga (I started with the anime), and it's awesome! I loved how the anime managed to capture parts of the manga (I haven't finished the anime).

I think after watching the anime and recognising each character's voice, it's so much better when you read the manga cause you somehow imagine the characters speaking and you know how the sound like =D

Long live Konoka and Evangeline! (well, Evangeline has been living for like 500 years and seems immortal, but meh =P)
