What do you guys collect?
When i was young..i used to collect those TY Beanie Babies...god i have like 200 of them! and now they're just sitting there dusting away lol
i was a big Disney Lion King fan so i collected anything related to it...i also collected gemstones/crystals i think it was after i learned about rocks that i just started collecting them lol
my friend got me into watching Gundam SEED as my first anime (the last anime show would probably be like Sailormoon)..anyhow...i started collecting the gashapon sets, Gundam Model Kits (i've got 11 and i've only built 2..ahh it's very time consuming but fun cuz it's kinda like a puzzle) ...i've spent so much money on GS/GSD figurines ..i think $1000+ CDN...eeks...i need to find another part time job..this hobby is addicting and its raping my wallet

I used to collect anime post cards but now, I seldom buy them. I collect books, manga, anime dvds, and posters. Magazines, and other anime stuff such as keychains and pins, i also collect.

In-game collections and items, and also anything that is collectibles

I used to collect all the Final Fantasy games that are appearing in my country (Spain), some manga series like Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, XXXHolic, Rave, Gundam:The Origin and some more.
I collect too, posters and all stuff posible about Kingdom Hearts (my favourite game saga).
In my past I was collecting Magic The Gathering cards, some Legend of five rings cards, some Pokemon cards and other games about collectionable cards.
I forgot to mention I collect all the Super Robot Wars games for Ps2 and, of course, all the Cds about my favourite rock band named Sôber (they are spanish so I doubt they are known here ^^UU).

I collect swords and daggers, because i think it is really cool how the are made i love this ones with dragons on it :)

I collect swords! (and yeah I AM a girl) or any other neath weapon.
I have two uptil now.... One wooden katana wich I use for my samurai swordstraining (Iaido) and one small Tanto (something like a katana on dagger size).
I only collect practical and quality ones..I hate those fake blades covered with tribals, useless spines,edges and skulls.
Japanese, Chinese and Eastern weapons are my favorites and often the most beautiful.
I also have a small keychain futering a gunblade from Squall from Final Fantasy Vi.
For the rest I collect Soul Calibur items like the Nightmare figurine.

I use to collect pokemon cards untill everyone said pokemon was lame -_- so I stopped collecting them.
Now I collect digital concept arts from all kinds of stuff, I usually look at the design and if I like it Its saved XD

Comics, whether it is mainstream American (Marvel/DC) and the occasional manga. I would like to cut back, but there are just too many darn good books out there, and when one ends, another three show up to take its place! Like a freakin Hydra the industry is! What also annoys me is how some of these books end, only to start up again with a new #1 and new creative team! And that does not even count the specials, crossovers, and books that come out every blue moon (where the heck is League of Extraordinary Gentlemen Vol. 3?!?!?!?) And when there's a slow week, like one thing I read comes out, I get SO bored from having nothing to read that week (yes I know, but books just are not the same).

OMG, THEN there are DVDs and action figures that also keep getting better and better, and what is worse is that when you think you have the definitive version of ANY of these things, they just make better ones! (Marvel Legends? DVD Uncut/Special Ed./Extreme Ed./Absolute Ed./etc. etc.? Oversized hardcovers?)
Sigh, yet in the end, when I ask myself if it is all worth it, I think of Cartman when he is about to get arrested at Casa Bonita, and say to myself...totally.

Does yaoi count? because I got stuff I don't even like, but I have it "just in case" (in case of what I don't know @_@). I also like to cllect manga I guess, I have this obsession with putting them in order by name, height and width and get very mad when they don't match my expectations. (yeah crazy)
