How do you handle stress?
Breathing exercises are good to calm down :) They really help me. The other time, I was so stressed that I almost had a panic attack !! My heart's beats were so high and I could not move anymore, and all I could see was black spaces in front of my eyes... To try to calm down, I had to regulate my breath, so that I get more oxygen and it got my heart to slow down alittle bit. After that I had to rest o.O That was when I had some personal and professional problems to deal with...
Listening to music or practicing sport is nice too!
However, not all stress is bad. There is some kind of good stress in life, the stress that makes you move forward :)

Internet ,PS2 and some musics are always my answers, when I am doing somethings with these stuff, it seem that I forget everything from my head especially time and homework. XD
The way I get rid of stress is taking walks by myself, doing online shopping [treating myself to stuff I want], watching anime, reading and cleaning my room. They are kinda strage ways to relieve stress, but it works for me ^^
I go outside and start punching people in the face... just kidding
i play really violent games and let my anger and all my problems go away with that missile i just shot to that poor guy.
wow, videogames are great, you should all be thankfull of them, without them to unleash my anger on, a lot of people would have died, i can acumulate a lot of anger in really short amount of time, even more now that my work requests me to "have a friendly attitude", so thanks the Yods for MMOs and PVP, the real anger management.

LAN parties! HALO and CS Source with the guys, and sometimes gals too. that always works nothing like shootin up strangers with your friends on the net lol... man cant even count hoe many mouses and keyboards we've had to replace haha, its all good! or me abd my best buddy just has random arguments to let all the stress out, then we go get chiensefood! lol
I find that just not thinking about stress will often relieve stress for me. If I take my mind off of what is bothering me then I begin to feel better. Sometimes Ill just listen to music, watch anime or play games and as long as I am not thinking about stress I forget about my problems.
My theory is if you wanna calm down, just decide to. It's hard sometimes, but in the end, you are the only person who can do anything about your own stress
I usually take a day off and got o the beach or you could go to a spa....i do anything that takes my mind off the stress like going to the carnval...basically anything fun ^^

I handle stress by doing fun things. It takes it off my mind.
For me, the best way to relieve stress is to..sleep. yep, it really helps. And then I surf the net for hours. Ahahaha!!XD and download lots of stuff.
and then I eat!XDXD it doesn't matter whether I'm on a diet or not. When I feel awful, I just eat away. For some, this isn't right. anyway, I am my self. and scientifically, chocolates really help in cheering up a person because they contain a lot of serotonin.

I listen to music loudly on headphones and sing along haha. Drawing also helps me relax too. :3
Taking a nap when stressed always works for me. ^^
Let's see, there are many ways that I handle stress which are:
-watch one of my favorite anime shows
-watch tv
-read
-go on the internet
-talk to my friends
I eventually forget about it and move on.
