How do you handle stress?

I have found quite a few ways to calm myself down for the evil torture of stress. One of them which is kinda old is meditation. I sit down in the middle of my room by myself for a half an hour and just clear my mind of all thoughts. If im not calmed down after a half an hour, ill sit there until I get to that point unless there is something I really have to do. Another way is listening to music. Music is just a great way to get rid of stress because the beat of the music makes you forget about things that happen and get you into a happier mood. Probably the one I do the most is just turn on my xbox and play Nhl 2k6. Im really good at the game so I pretty much never lose but the game is so much fun, it really doesn't matter. Doesn't matter if I win or lose at that game, it is always fun to play and it makes me satisfied that I tried hard at it. Those are only 3 ways I attempt to handle my stress, but there are alot of different ways I haven't talked about.
Unfortunately I don't have enough time to get rid of stress, actually it's destroying my health. To calm down myself I draw, all day if I can, but I've couldn't since some months ago. Wathever you do to relax, do it, stress can kill you.

I usually just pull out my iPod or play HL2. Blowing up things always seems to lessen stress for me.
I handle stress by taking a walk alone or with a friend, I listen to music, or watch a lot of anime haha. It just seems that I can forget about my problems (or solve them) after talking to a friend. I can lose myself in a song or in laughing at some funny scene in an anime.
I'm a stresser. I stress WAY too much.
What I do like to do though is turn down the lights, put on some soft music like Sigur Ross or Enigma, light some candles and make myself some herbal tea. Then I sit down in the light of candles, sipping and smelling my tea and try to relax as much as possible.
When I can't do that. I just take a mionute to myself, so if I'm in public or work I'll go to the bathroom and lock myself up for a few minutes and tell myself to relax, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't :P
Another possibility is going to sit in the park or by the water near my place and just spending some time alone :)

2. Listen to really loud dance music that will make you want to dance
3. Dance like crazy
4. Draw/Doodle around your paper.
5. SLEEP! lol
6. Go hangout with your friends ^^
7. YOGA!! =O ^^;;
8. Read a romantic book =o
9. Post in message boards =D
10. play fun games^^;;

Sleep away the troubles mostly. But I have the insane problem of keeping it inside. Lord Almighty have mercy on the person that gets on my bad side during this time :(

Video games, anime, manga, and a large triple mocha ice blend. These are my solutions to all problems in life, be it a failed test, getting dumped, or just feeling like killing people. I usually play a fps while drinking a large triple mocha ice blend. Usually it's Counter Strike or Unreal Tournament. I prefer UT because its much faster paced, and has rockets.
Another way is to go on vacation. Thats kinda hard to just do, but once when something stressful happened to me my family happened to have a Vacation to Yosemite the next day. Fresh mountain air far away from everyting really helps and form of stress or depression.

The few times when I actually got stress...hmm...I basically just sat down or lied down and watched some TV if I'm home. Just trying to relax and not trying to make me any big moves so. Not maybe the best thing to do but hey I think it works like a charm at least hehe.
Hmm . . . usually I'll talk to my friends on the internet about it. Sometimes, if it's not too major, I'll draw something on a piece of paper to help relieve my stress, like a picture of me hitting something with a hammer. It doesn't even have to be the thing I'm mad at . . . whatever it is, I can just image the object of my attention in it's place.

Well i usually hitting something like pillow or something soft real hard or running
To be honest I think sex or some kind of sexual release is the best cure for stress.

I listen to heavy metal or Industrial Metal really really loud or take a real long hot shower and I used to just turn to MMO gaming but cant anymore, i am under alot of stress at the moment and a few of my options to get rid of it or just pass it are gone.
