Korean Films
Old boy
My Sassy girl
3-iron
Christmas in August (gona watch it soon, friend recommended.)
Chinese
Use to love Stephen Chow's movies. Not a big fan of his newer movies. Fight Back to School is definetly one of the best, The Tricky Master was great.
and pretty much any chinese gambling movies. My Name is Nobody was okay.
Haven't really seen any japanese movies. Saw The Ring a long time ago. Have to see that one again.

I enjoyed watching Japanese movies.
There are several that I love:
Crying out Love, in the middle of the world.
Quill.
and of course, those horror movies.

Battle royal..greaaat. I like one better than two though. I've heard of Suicide Club, but never watched it. I should though. And Kung Fu Hustle kicks ass! Its so freaking hilarious. i laugh so much everytime I see it. See You After School is funny too. its a korean movie and its great. If you like comedy, watch that. I love asian movies and dramas.
I mostly like the Kung Fu/ Martial Arts movies, for example...
Ong-Bak,
Shaolin Soccer,
Kung Fu Hustle,
there is way more I like, but I can't remember at the moment D:

Ive seen a clip of Sassy Girl and I have to get hold of that film. Know many of you have mentioned it and it looks so very funny, yet original.
Japanese movies are fun, but I really like the Chinese ones better, like Tiandi Yingxiong (Warriors of Heaven and Earth) and Internal Affairs, and of course who could forget all the great Jackie Chan movies?!?! :D
I really like Taeshi "beat" Kitano's movies. He is really cool guy and amazing actor and director. On my opinnion his best movies are violent cop and shatoichi( or something like that. Other japanese director that I like are Takeshi Miike ( Ichi the Killer) and Akira Kurosawa.
I also like kun fu movies made in Hongkong. Jet Li and Jackie Chan are really something.

From all Asian movies I prefer the ones with Hong Kong Action, because their fight choreography in Martial Arts is by far the best I've ever seen. It started all with Bruce Lee and afterwards with Kung Fu icons like Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Yuen Biao, Hwang Jang Lee .... and now it's Tony Jaa who is kinda the succesor of Jackie Chan.
Maybe I'm gonna watch Jackie Chan's latest movie Rob B Hood in the upcoming week.

Yesterday I watched "Fearless" starring Jet Li and it was ok, the fight scenes were awesome, but the story was a bit lacking, overall I think it's a very good movie.
Shaolin Soccer was very good IMO, I liked it anyways since I'm a soccer fan and the acting was decent, so was the story.
I want to watch Death Note.

I'm going to echo many other people. Battle Royale is my absolute all time favorite Asian movie, and one of my plain all time favorites. It's also quite fun to weird out roommates with. Plus the book and manga are awesome.
Ju on (The original "The Grduge") is also quite cool and actually managed to completely scare me.

I Like Kamikaze Girls, cause it's funny as hell.
The best asian films i've seen are: Hero, Flying Dagger, Zatoichi, Infernal Affairs, Once Upon a Time in a Highschool. Think thats about it..

Almost every Hong Kong Martial Arts Action movie has a just averaGE STORY. Only exceptions are Hero,... and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
Some of the Martial Arts Actors like Zhang Ziyi are no real Martial Artists BTW. She's rather a Chinese ballet dancer or so I was told...
I like watching Japanese and korean movies. like as, My Sassy girlfriend
