Galaxy Angel and Sailor Moon without a doubt. Kanan and Takeuchi-sama have a real gift that can't be compared to any other artist.

Inoue's, expecially Real and Vagabond. And Samura's Mugen no Junin. And Ai Yazawa's Nana...:Q_

Anything done by Kaori Yuki, but if a specific title is required, then I will have to say Angel Sanctuary.

Chrono Crusade had great artwork...and Hellsing is awsome too.
CLAMP!!! Especially Tsubasa! In my opinion, the main characters were really well drawn!
Other than CLAMP, I think Fruits basket was not bad too. But I don't really like the work of Natsuki Takaya's recent chapters of it though... There were times that I thought that some of the characters have weird body shape.... but then again, I can be blind at times...

Tsubasa Chronicles is one of the best drawn manga i've ever read and so is Chobits, ahhh what the heck? ANYTHING by CLAMP ROX my world of manga! ^^

I think that Rurouni Kenshin by Nubihiro Watusuki. The manga is very good and have very good art-work! Just love the manga, the story and the art-work. I recommend it!
