Keeping Fit

I'm not really an exercise person. I'm not motivated enough, I hate sweating, and, it's not like I'm overweight. But lately, I'm gaining weight because of all my lazing around so what I do is I don't eat dinner. That's about the only thing I do in terms of keeping fit. I used to play golf but since it's too hot this summer, I haven't been to the golf course in a while so I think all the stamina I gained from playing golf (we walk instead of riding a golf cart so it's like I walk more than three kilometers every time I finish a 9 hole course) has disappeared.
I'm in high school, freshman, so I have more spare time than uni students. But yeah, I still find it hard to pull away from the computer. I have an okay metabolism so I don't need to do much to keep fit. But I do yoga and african dance.
I'm doing martial arts three times a week!

Good for you... if you combine it with some Fitness workout amd weight training, you will be very good.
What is important to you when you go fitness training? Do you guys train for strength, personal fitness/endurance or just for good shape?
I mean,... just because I do fitness doesn't mean I am strong or something. Maybe because strength is not my major focus. I did arm wrestling with one of my classmates who plays only badminton and doesn't do many fitness exercises. He was a little bit bigger than me and had broader shoulders and is younger than me. Apparently I lost,... is that normal???
Exercise would be good for me. But i simply eat and sleep.
Somehow i don't put on weight. Lucky me :)

I seem to have the same problem, I play football for a club, and I'm finding it hard to fit in any time to exercise because of high school. LOL, anyway, I live on a long road, so when I can, I just jog down there and back.
I basically keep a rough track of what im eating, making sure that i dont eat too much unhealthy things. Also, im lucky in one way that my class room is on the first floor and thus, i have to use the stairs like...atleast 4 times a day (go up fer class, come down for break, go back up for class, come back down when class ends) and thats jes from 9 to 12.
Plus, rather than walking i jog or run in the university (Between the class and computer labs)
