I thought it would be fun to find out how many of us have pets and what type of pets everyone has.
I'm a fish person. I really love fish. I have six Betta Splendins, two Shubunkin goldfish, two mollies, two Plecostomus catfish, and a large number of apple snails (yellow, green, blue, brown, and chestnut). I'm so nuts about fish I have them at work and at home.
One of my roommates has two cats. I wasn't sure about having cats near my fish, but they haven't tried to eat them, so I think my fish will be just fine. The cats really enjoy watching my fat goldies swim around though.
I lost my digital camera a while back, so I don't have any pictures, but I'll see if I can get some and post them.

I'd really love to have pets but my mom is allergic so we can't have any funny pets.. >=(
Pets are smelly, cost money and they bug the crap out of me... I had one cat that I loved to death, but she got hit by a car, I ran out just in time to watch her die the the middle of the street. I could not sleep for a few nights because I kept remembering how she was just laying there in the middle of the street.. She was a hella fast cat and she was pretty smart, for a cat an all, I mean she ran past cars all the time, the only reason she got hit is because some goddamn dog chased her out into the road, I still wanna kill that dog.. the driver would have hit the dog and not my cat, but he saw the dog and turnd trying to get out of the way of the dog and he broke my cats neck instead.
I did I mention I hate dogs?

Mmm, i love cats, i used to have all kinds of animals at home, from a rat, mouse, turtle, bird, square to goose and chicken, and my house is not a farm or anything, is just that dad likes to see us happy with animals, so he brings all kind of small animal to home ever in a while( that was in the past cos now he does not do that)
but now days i have a white cat, she is not living with me but sometimes i go to visit her, and she is still mine.
a gray cat at home and some fish swining jeje.
mom likes to feed them she always says" see they are asking for more food" and i will answer" if you keep that on, they will die not of not eating well, but of too much food" n.n in summary i like all kind of animals except for cockroach. u.u that isnt an animal... u.u

Get fish. It's hard to be allergic to fish :).
I am such an animal lover and if only money and space permit me I would have a lot of pets. I am a cat lover as much as I am a dog lover but our apartment doesn't allow dogs. I have 2 cats, an american short hair female cat named June and a ragdoll male named Meesha. They do cost money and its an effort to care for them but my cats provide me unconditional love and companionship. For me talking, playing and taking care of my pets is a stress reliever.

In our house we have:
1 labrador (female) <- really chubby dog
1 golder retriver (male) <- looks like a lion
1 japanese spitz (male)
1 dalmatian (male) <- stupid dog
3 monggel...
2 african love birds <- useless pet
4 aquarium of fishes <- compose of discus, sicleed, goldfish, ghost knife, green terror, and many more forgot the names of the other fish
- a lot of pets for us we are animal lovers... :D my most favorite pet is the labrador... she would stay beside us while we are eating then she would put her head on our lap and do the shriek2 cat eye thing, begging for food... if you can only see that trick she does you'll laught... XD

Meh.. I used to have pets. They all died. Pets live too short. I'm not having pets anymore. Besides, they need a lot of care and crap.

I've been having dogs since i was 9.. and now i am turning 21.. so that makes.. erm.. 12 years.
the dog that i've got now is a golden retriever, by the name of jordan. 3 years old at the moment.
i had two dogs before this one.. they ran away.. and were too dumb to come home.. two shih-tzus. damn dumb. i've come to realise something.. (someone correct me if i am wrong), but generally, the smaller a dog is, apparently, the dumber they are. bcuz most big dogs i kno of are quite a bit more intelligent than the teeny ones.
oh well.. i love dogs.. and well, cats are cool too. not too bad, but i'm more of a dog person.
(oh oh, i really want to get a guinea pig too.. they are damn awesome too, imo) lol.
anyway, er, bye now.

Is fish for more things than eating ? :D hehe :P
Nah im not so interested in fishes you can't hug them or scratch them or something like that.. :P
Or maybe you can but i don't think a fish like scratching behind the ears :D

I have a cat, she is really cute, i don`t know what kind of cat is she, she has stripes and she's full of colors, she has 1 year, and she knows a lot of tricks

Hey! Me too, they're so cute and mine always tries to herd me around ^^
I used tohave a lot mroe pets too. I've had rats, fish, hampsters, and dwarf hampsters... as well as a previous dog
I hide all the dead bodies in my locker... ^^
