What is the easiest way to loss weight?
What can you do to loss weight in a healthy way? Curious only.

1. Healthy diet. Preferably high protein, low carb. Stay away from fast foods, soft drinks, sugars. And don't eat carbs past 7PM.
2. Work out. A healthy routine of cardio and weight-training (low weight, lots of reps). You'll gain muscle weight, but still trim down.

although it's best to start before your fat, dont stuff yourself or eat b/c you paid for it, what it will do is expand your apetite, making you hungry more often and have to eat more to feel full. the opposite is also true not eating when your hungry will slowly cause you to be hungry less often and full faster (in extreme it is anorexia)
cut down on soda products, and fast food. (all i drink is skim milk and water)
exercise is good do crunchs it burns calories but also tightens up your midsection holding the fat in (since having 0 fat is unhealthy)
dont talk while eating, or eat over a long period, this allows your body to digest the food then you tend to eat more.
skip the french fries, accualy any fried product, fried products tend to have higher fat content than grilled.
also stay away from Mayo, Mac sauce (from McD), and tartar sauce type condiments. they are very high in fat,
to lose wait i guess go with atkins but it is not a good diet to keep wait off, once you are at an acceptable wait do what i have mentioned above, try to teach these things to your children since the food habits are the major cause of weight trouble. There is some genetics behind it, but mostly its from habits picked up from your family, others. so even if your young and have not trouble with weight its still good to get in teh habit of eating correctly.

p.s. keep away fomr "Diet or low fat foods" i see people get Large diet cokes when they would normally get a small regular coke, the word diet (while true) takes their mind off how much htye accually consume which can total more than if they were still thinking about it and watch how much they drink.

Do a lot of sport and eat in accordance to how much energy you spend.
Try to eat few chocolates, drink less coca-cola, ...
And that's all.

If you cut down on your calorie intake, it should help somewhat. However, doing just this (and not exercising) will only allow you to cut down on so much weight, which is basically made up from excess water in your body. For getting rid of the actual fat, the combination of a healthy diet and cardio exercise is probably one of the only healthy ways to do that.

Or you can try to Eat every 4 hours or so. Thats right every 4 hours. But not like a meal or any thing my be a little sandwitch or something. By doing this ane working out you never starve or get hungry witch will make you eat alot.

There's only one way of healthy diet: balance.
Balance between the intake and usage of your energy. Means if you take more, you must spend even more. If you take a 500KCal hamburger, you must burn 500+ KCal for your diet to be working. Not just reduce food, but make them balance.

Heres what i did to lose 35 kg.
Don't eat past 5pm
Get up every morning at 6 or 7am and run as much as you can. My limit was when i saw steam rising above my face in the morning.
go for a bike ride for 1 hour after school
do 1 hour of ab excercises 7pm at night.
EAT ALOT OF PROTEIN! (it replaces fat cells and burns twice as easier)
Don't eat past 5pm
Get up every morning at 6 or 7am and run as much as you can. My limit was when i saw steam rising above my face in the morning.

Fat cells don't go away, they just shrink. I've been on several diets, and I have to say that the "eat less excersice more" is about as good as you're going to get.stjuffheres what i did to lose 35 kg.

Aktins is a great way to lose weight if you can stand it. In one week, the first week in awhile of dieting, I lost 16lbs. That's twice what I normally lose on my first week, (yes, I have a normal,) but after two weeks I couldn't stand it anymore. I was craving a cheap sandwich cookie for a week. I learned that I'd be able to be a vegitarian much easier than a carivore.
The best way to lose weight is through Weight Watchers. Moral support is one of the best things you can have.
...damnit, now I'm hungery... :P

To lose weight you should do exersice everyday , and BTW i read in some of the magazine that "if you sleep between 9/10 hours you will be fit and if sleep less than 6 hours you will be fat " i really don't know if they are right or not ^^" but i think they are right ^_^
