Full Metal Panic Fumoffu was one anime that I remembered really cracking up while watching. Also, School Rumble. Oh yea, Slam Dunk was really good too.

School Rumble is the best for me. It's a very good anime between love anime and funny anime. I'm pretty sure you will like it. My friend said he doesn't really like it but I saw him laughed when he watched many chapters tho.

Puni Puni Poemi... this fast pacing funny creepy, skurill Magical-Girl-wanna-be-Anime is just crazy. It was about a Girl named Poemi who was a very crazy, slumpy, clumsy, fast-talking girl,.. and who became a Magical Girl by accident and fight for the sake of mankind,... that's all I remember, for this Anime was so funny that you cannot even call it an official plot... The opening song already, when I read the subtitles made me laugh already'cause in one line it says "My Head is empty!" ^-^-^-^-^
And the transormaton sequence was also very funny... using a fishbone as Magical tool to transform...

Azumanga Daioh made me laugh.. It's not so fun, but it's so meaningless, that i anyway find it fun.. ^^
Kyou Kara Maou, which i have seen a couple of episodes, is one of the funniest animes i've ever seen.. The central charracter is just so stupid..

GTO is easily the funniest for me. teh moralistic humour is out of this world. in terms of how the comedy and drama is set, it realli reminds me of scrubs sumwot. theres an idea! an anime version of scrubs would be awesome. ne1 wana design an anime version of zach braff? im sure he'd love the gesture.

I simply love Rurouni Kenshin it mixes Comedy/Action/Love-Romance, in other words, IT HAS EVERYTHING. The only bad thing about the series is that it ends 2 quick in my oppinion, there is alot of things that I would have liked to see and they were left out.

I always loved Outlaw Star and Trigun for laughs. But I've seen so many Anime's it's hard to remember witch ones I found the funniest. Those are thr first ones that spring to mind though.

For me it was either Love Hina or Trigun, I couldnt stop laughing! Full Metal Alchemist has its funny moments as well.

There are a lot but the bests are: Love Hina, Full Metal Panic, High School Girls, DearS and Amaenaideyo. For just comedy i prefer Amaenaideyo, but if you want it combined with action, I would say Full Metal Panic and Rouroni Kenshin. There might be some more, but I cant remember every Anime.
